Always a pleasant experience. The advisors are not pushy about services that can wait for another time. Don?t get harassed about trading in vehicle for a newer model while waiting like at other Toyota dealers.

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!

Only own Toyota’s never a problem, runs and drive perfectly only selling as we are retiring and only need one car, so the Highlander is up for sale. Professionally lifted with Helo wheels and large BF Goodrich tires also professionally tinted windows.

Steve White Motors review
I would like to take a moment to recognize Claira Morris for her outstanding professionalism and customer service at Steve White Motors. As the first point of contact, she consistently answers the phones with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Claira was incredibly helpful throughout my experience and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. Her attention to detail, patience, and willingness to assist truly set her apart. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Steve White Motors is fortunate to have someone like Claira representing their team.
2019 Toyota Highlander review
I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.
