Roland was the only salesman who took me seriously right away. Unlike many other places that brushed me off because I wasn’t local, he treated my inquiry with respect and professionalism from the start. Huge thanks to Roland for making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It was even around 8 pm on a Friday, and I ended up arriving about an hour later than I had first told him, but he was very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. He was outstanding throughout the process, great at communicating, always upfront, and completely honest about everything. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided clear information, and made sure I felt confident the entire way through. On top of that, they beat every other dealership I looked at in pricing, which made the decision even easier. Thanks to Roland, what could have been a complicated or frustrating process ended up being easy and straightforward. If you’re considering this dealership, I highly recommend asking for him. 2026 Toyota Highlander review
The Highlander Platinum is the best vehicle in its class. The ride is exceptional. The driver's seat is multi-adjustable. Very easy to sit the way you want. Great storage in the front cabin space. Great storage behind the second row seat. Exterior paint(pearl white) is above its class. MPG in the Hybrid model is fantastic. This is my 10th Highlander.
