2026 Toyota Highlander review
Like the Highlander. I purchased a platinum and got a lot of little extras, except for the one I really need. The easy exit and entry was taken out of the Highlander (at least the platinum). Because of my height (short), I have the seat very high, so I can see the front of the car. When I get out, I hit my knees against the steering wheel (because it doesn’t go up, just out). And getting in, I hit my head most of the time on the doorway. So I do not recommend this car for anyone 5’6” or shorter. If you are taller and can see the front of the hood without lifting the seat, then this is your car. Unfortunately, when I purchased the car my salesman and the dealership manager both thought that this car had this feature, they were wrong. The rest of the car is fine, nothing that I’m not used to in a Toyota.

I gave 5 stars for customer service due to Fabian in the service dept. After picking up the car they told me I had to go to the service dept to get a screen reprogrammed. I was a little upset because it?s a brand new car and I already have to have it serviced? Fabian fixed it right away and took 15 min of his time to help explain all the buttons and screens. I was very happy because the first guy took all of 10 min programming my phone with little help w all the panels. Also Abdulla our salesperson was fantastic!

I always try to go in with my own financing from my credit union so I have some purchasing power in negotiation with getting Toyota to give me a better rate than I come in with. I recommend. I liked the supervisor in sales Mohammed and our service lead Oscar is fantastic. He’s always been steering me right for a good deal on service and maintenance.
2026 Toyota Highlander review
The Highlander Platinum is the best vehicle in its class. The ride is exceptional. The driver's seat is multi-adjustable. Very easy to sit the way you want. Great storage in the front cabin space. Great storage behind the second row seat. Exterior paint(pearl white) is above its class. MPG in the Hybrid model is fantastic. This is my 10th Highlander.

I bought my new Grand Highlander HB, and I had a very good experience with the salesperson, Saiyan, and his manager. We even shook hands, which is a plus because car dealership managers are usually “hiding.” 😄 When it came to dealing with the person in finance, the experience was okay, mainly because he was very persistent about selling me additional services, which I had to decline many times. After many attempts to sell me something, I ended up buying the ToyotaCare+ service. The price went from around $2,000 down to $1,000, with an additional $55 in tax. You’ve got to be kidding me! Kkkkk.

He was straightforward, responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he made what can normally be a stressful experience feel simple and enjoyable. I also want to thank Sales Manager Peter Duarte for working with me to put together a deal I was happy with. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to work with me throughout the process. Once we got to the finance side, Collin Flores was also incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through everything, answer my questions, and made the final part of the purchase process smooth and easy.
