My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

April was great at getting us in quick, but finance took quite some time. Once I got to Hamida though, she and April made sure to get me out ASAP. We got a nice car, with low mileage, for a decent price.

Toyota Highlander, Limited Platinum is gorgeous, materials, like Lexus. They did not cheap out like other car brands. Love the reliability, design, features, interior, is luxurious looking without the crazy price tag. This is the way to go, especially if you want a reliable, resale, dependable, value for the money, vehicle for the family. If your starting a family, this is the way to go. Would buy again!!!!

This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

I have a platinum model and I could not be happier. Love the body style and the interior is absolutely gorgeous. Rides smooth as glass, has great pickup(V6) and great mpg!

At 196600+ miles, this car has never let me down . It’s never had a major problem. Regular maintenance and this car sees to run forever. I regularly make 4-5 trips yearly to Reno and Lake Tahoe, the most recent being to Tahoe in April. It’s the most dependable ride I’ve ever had!!

Great family vehicle. Drove my last one for 9 years and it still ran perfectly until I was in a bad wreck and totaled it. I walked away without a scratch after rolling and flipping it down a steep hill six times.

I have been searching all over town for a camry xse red leather seats, pearl white, and birds eye view camera. i called and called no one had one. I came in and my salesman Abraham right away got to work for me. asked me all the right questions of what my wants and needs were. Once he found out he didnt have it in inventory that did not stop him from making sure I had that unique car. We purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Limited in April of 2021. We absolutely love this car! The convenience features and comfort are the best we have experienced, and the interior design and quality is the best in the class. The upgraded 12.3" screen is worth the extra money, as the text is clear and precise, and the surround view monitor is incredibly useful for parking in tight spaces. We have friends with a comparable Explorer Limited, and the interior quality is far below that of our Highlander, and the ride quality with the 4-cylinder is jerky and noisy. However, even though we have had no mechanical issues, we have had issues with wind noise and a leaking AC unit into the car, both of which were fixed by the dealer for free due to warranty. Other than those minor hiccups, we love our Highlander!

This car has been a good choice for me, because it fits me. It’s easy to drive, maneuver, and park. It can carry pretty much anything I want to take with me. People, luggage, furniture, groceries...no problem. So far I have had no mechanical issues, and I don’t anticipate that I will. Great purchase!

Excellent customer service and dealing from management. Simon my salesperson, Anthony the salemanager and the staff, went above and beyond to make me satisfied. Volvo dealerships in Houston were limited, and most were not focused on the customer, or even making the Volvo brand seem premium. Glad to see Grubbs is here and fixing the problems.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

Owned it for 6.5 years. In all that time the only complaint I had was the side mirrors created a huge blind spot when turning.

We bought our 2012 highlander in 2021 with 220,000 miles on it. After taking it on a couple of trips the alternator has failed but it was the original. This suv was great in the snow this past year and the ac on trips last year made a great people hauler for the family.

I got a used Highlander from IDEAL half an year ago, it fits its description as a family utility vehicle. Especially when starting and driving at low speed, the electric drive is very fast, no sound, has a big difference from the traditional gasoline car. When the speed is over more than 80, it has a big noise, rapid acceleration of the engine vomit roar, mixed common disease, comfort level is general. Driving downtown really saves fuel. Especially the traffic jams, not to mention the highway, which is better for downtown. It would be nice if most pure urban transportation had a need for space. If there is a plug-in hybrid version worth recommending.

Want to buy more, if I had much more money on deck. Will be back again

We purchased our 2020 Highlander in November of 2020. It is the XLE trim line and traded in our 2015 ML 350 Mercedes. Couldn't be happier with the choice as it is comparable to the Mercedes. Gas milage is in city averaging 25 mpg and highway reach as high as 34.1 mpg. This is all on regular as opposed to premium on the Mercedes. Car rides beautifully on the road although the Bridgestone tires cause some outside road noise. When the tires are worn, will switch over to a softer tire to lessen the road noise, The car is a keeper and truly enjoy all aspects of it. Would recommend to anyone who wants a top notch vehicle.
