My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.

Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn???t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn???t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let???s just say I would???ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us!
We did some pre-negotiations before we got to the dealership and expected a bait and switch. Non of that! And Adrian was awesome to work with and made it so much easier. We had to leave in a rush after buying the car and he made sure we came back at another date to make sure we knew how all the technology worked. It was so much easier working with someone we feel we could trust.
Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. The finance went by pretty fast and I was out of there with my new Durango. I would definitely buy there again and refer anyone looking for a new vehicle
