They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I could not be happier with the service and experience with Michael Mullings at Audi Central Houston!!

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I've have a Rav 4 premium wich was purchased in feb2021.ive had zero problems and the car accelerates like a rx350 which I cannot understand where people want to tell you the car is slow . the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.
