Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Haslet, TX

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

As someone who has done several lease/purchase transactions I have a concrete understanding of the dealership experience and truly what it takes to earn someones business and let's be honest, the car buying experience can be a daunting task. When you have managers like Patrick you see from the top down why this dealership stands out from it's competition. Patrick Jaccar personally ensured my fianceé had a comfortable loaner car while her dream F sport came in. With dealerships having limited inventory right now due to shortages this type of customer service is what wins not just immediate business but also generational and referral. We are truly grateful for Sergio and Patrick Jaccar. Not only did they exceed any expectations we had they made the car buying experience fun, easy and accommodating. The way it should be right? I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering.
