Mike Johnson's Hickory ToyotaReviews
Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota review
I have had the pleasure of working with Jake. He was amazing in assisting me in replacing a young lady's undercarriage. He listened and went out of his way to make sure that she was taken care of as she lives in Hickory and my shop was in Charlotte. He followed up each and every time he stated that he would, and I was very pleased with his customer service, listening skills, knowledge and patience. Thank you, Jake, we could definitely use more people like you in this world.

Just had the recall notification for 2018 CRV taken care of at Morganton Honda. All went great! Mark Spake is always so helpful and not pushy. Bought my Honda in 2021 from Karen Cole...she is great. Will try to help you any way she can. All positive service at Morganton Honda so far. Thanks.

The people at Toyota in Gastonia were easy to work with & answered my questions well. I’m looking Forward to picking up my car tomorrow.
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

I love this dealership! Just leased my fourth vehicle (third RAV4) and couldn't be happier with the experience. Joseph was great to work with in sales, and Jeremy did a super job finishing up. I also found that Gus in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Andy is an amazing GM and runs the best dealership I have ever visited. Keep up the good work!!

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

Hendrick Acura Northlake review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience from start to finish! I absolutely LOVE my Acura MDX, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had purchasing it! A huge thank you to Glenda, Jarrod, and Cole for making the entire process so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Glenda was AMAZING! She was incredibly patient while showing me different vehicles, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and gave me plenty of time to test drive my MDX and make sure it was the right one for me. I really appreciated how relaxed and stress-free she made the experience. Jarrod was fantastic as well! I had A LOT of questions about pricing and the different maintenance packages, and he patiently walked me through everything and made sure I understood all of my options. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer every question I had. Cole was extremely professional and helped me close out the deal smoothly. He made the final part of the process quick and easy and was great to work with! Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but this team made it such a positive experience. I left feeling confident about my purchase and excited about my new MDX! 🚙❤️ Thank you again, Glenda, Jarrod, and Cole! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Ryan was great. Very fast and kept me posted. Was honest about what needed to be done to the car for maintenance and didn?t push any random additional services

We had a wonderful time at echopark with Dustin as our salesman. He’s very nice and was so good with my kids. The manager also hooked my son up to some Fortnite, which was so nice and kept my kiddo busy. We appreciate him!
