This Toyota dealership is my go-to for many years for all types of servicing. When I was in last time they said that my tires were wearing and I should consider getting new ones before winter. My son advised me to go to a discount tire store but I did not want to take a risk with some place I did not know that I could trust as I do Toyota. The service is exceptional in every way and I fully trust them for quality and truth.
After an unexpected problem with our 2010 Highlander over the holiday weekend we worked with Ian Davis to decide on repairing it or not. He found the part we needed in another city and had it fixed the day the part came in. When test driving it another problem was found so we decided to trade it in on a lease of a new Highlander. Faraz was very helpful in getting us a good trade in value for our older vehicle. He made the whole experience a good one by being so friendly and concerned for us. We are loving our new car! Brenna was so efficient with the paperwork. She really knows what she is doing and got us on the road as soon as it was possible. Thanks to everyone for helping us on a very busy black Friday!
My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.
I was shopping for a pick-up, stopped into two dealerships and looked at their F-150, saw a advertisement from Granger Motors a lot less money for their F150. So stop in talked to Bill McAtee about an F-150, he bet the price of the other dealer, so I drove off with a F-150, no pressure to buy, it was great!!
The sales staff were friendly, the vehicle matched the description, the staff gave us a copy of the vehicle history, and allowed us multiple test drives. I was well satisfied with their service. The vehicle was very clean.
I found my Pontiac Montana sv6 online and went to see it they waited on me after hours to get there. They were super nice polite and helpful let me rest drive look at and not pressure me into it. Just gave me car fax without asking and I even came back another day with wife and 2 year old and newborn again after hours to look at again. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I was looking for a Ford C-max w/good price & low miles. They have 'repairable' cars. This car had very low miles and I can spare parts in their Salvage department. I believe that I can fix the dents with the salvage parts and be humming along for a few $1000 less than other dealers.
From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.
Brad is very helpful! Such a nice guy! He will do ANYTHING he can to get you what you are looking for! He is willing to go above and beyond(which is an understatement) for his customers and takes very good care of them! HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle! He is not just about making a sale like some, but he is truly passionate about every aspect of your experience! He did everything he could to get my boyfriend and I into EXACTLY what we were looking for in our price range! He originally told us we could pick up the car Thursday or Friday but when he found out my birthday was Tuesday, he made sure he had our vehicle ready to go for us on Tuesday so we could pick it up for my birthday! That was awesome! He even put a big red bow on the hood of the vehicle and rolled out the red carpet for us! Overall was a GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
