My husband and I went to numerous dealerships looking for a specific car. After visiting dealer within a 50 mile radius, we expanded our search and are so happy that we did. James Motors was a 115 mile drive which turned out to be worth every mile. Anthony agreed to meet us at the dealership on a Sunday morning to look at the car and take it for a test drive. We got to the dealership slighly earlier which allowed us the time to do a walk around of the exterior. We actually talked about how clean all the cars looked on the lot (much larger dealerships we visited had cars on their lot with trash still inside the cars), Anthony showed up on time, put the dealer plate on and allowed us to go for the test drive alone. Anthony was extremely friendly, professional, and so easy to deal with. No negotiation struggle, no sales pitch, just an all around great conversation and purchase agreement. Due to living so far away, he again agreed to meet us to pick up the car on Sunday morning. The car was in his shop all shined up and ready for us to pick up. There's no question as to whether we'll buy another car from Anthony. He will now be our first call when we're searching.

It was time to trade in our 2008 Ford Edge, so we went online shopping. We saw a car that caught our eye and decided to stop in and check out Thrifty, based on a friends recent experience. The car we originally wanted to see had already sold, so we strolled the lot with Mike to see what was available. We looked at a Ford Explorer then a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Very easy going, no pressure whatsoever. We fell in love with the Jeep and purchased the same day! So easy and customer friendly. Easily the best buying experience we've ever had!! Brought my Jeep to Capitol for service and an oil change. They found two oil leaks and my wheel alignment was out. They fixed the oil leaks, performed a 4 wheel alignment, tire rotation and a LOF all on the same day. Steve Hartley has been a service writer at Capitol for years and he is very personable and knowledgeable. Steve is definitely and asset at Capitol Garage!
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
