Josh Abel assisted my wife and I as we searched for a newish used car. Crown has a fantastic sales staff. Josh was not pushy, rude, or condescending. He was knowledgeable about the cars in their inventory and guided us through the process and made it as painless experience as possible.
We expected to have to visit many dealers on our quest to find the right auto, started our search in Lawrence with every intention of sifting through at least 5 dealerships. We stopped at Crown and never left.

We enjoyed our experience at Carter Car Co. and would not hesitate to recommended this business to anyone looking for a greater car. The staff are in a class by themselves when it comes to making the buying process effortless.
We felt like we became friends with the owner and his wife during the afternoon we purchased our car, and will be letting everyone we know in search of a quality car for a fair price.
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!
I had been looking for a vehicle for a week before i went to Fred Leatz at Victory. Being a first-time car buyer, the whole process had so far been very difficult and everyone was giving me insanely bad offers. I wish i had gone to Fred from the beginning. Not only did he get me a better deal than anyone and the best trade in value for my current car, but he also gave me financing tips and made sure i knew everything i needed to know before i left the dealership. Bought a used Buick Enclave. Staff was friendly, I felt no pressure to buy. Got a great deal on my trade in. Service was great and was one of the easiest cars purchases I ever made. From financing to extended warranty. My wife loves the SUV.
Tuesday I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to trade in my car. I worked with Kenzi Phippen over the phone before steeping foot into the dealership. Right off the bat they offered me 3K more for my trade (without even seeing it) than another dealership did and they ended up giving me 5K more for my trade!
I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. I gave the sales manager and Brandon the information on what I wanted, they pulled up multiple vehicles and gave me many options.
I have worked in the dealership world for over 5 years, and am very versed in the purchasing of a vehicle. I can HANDS DOWN say this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had, or witnessed.
