The team that helped me with my purchase, specifically Arden, Durrell, and Shana were very professional in several ways. They were highly knowledgeable, eager to meet my needs, very friendly and set an excellent environment to handle business. They genuinely wanted me to take my time and make the right decision. Even when I was hesitant to take a second test drive the urged me to not rush things and see what both cars hard to offer, their time and execution was greatly appreciated. I've already recommended this branch to multiple friends guaranteeing them that Jeep is the way to go, especially when you have Arden and Durrell on your team.
I recently had the pleasure of purchased a car from Arden Lanum at Courtesy Chrysler in San Juan Capistrano. I had a ton of questions and she was able to answer them all! She made me feel very at ease was super friendly and very knowledgeable. My mom is thinking of getting a new car and we will be going right back and requesting Arden!! She’s our girl!
Tom gave me all the price details for the vehicle I specified in advance of my visit. Everything was accurate and exactly as quoted when I arrived to do the deal. The vehicle was ready for a test drive and everyone was very courteous throughout the visit. The dealership was very busy that day, but everyone was obviously working very hard to get things finished quickly.
Gary was very helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my driver side window. For whatever reason it wouldn't let me roll it all the way up. They were able to fix it quickly, got my oil changed at the same time, plus they washed it.
Just leased an x5 from Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ. Cliff Neubart made the experience painless, quick (even enjoyable) and most of all professional. He was honest. Everything was delivered as requested. Will definitely do business with him and Circle again.

I went to Imperio Nissan looking for a new car and had a great experience! My salesman was Richard and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a Versa and they actually got me on a better deal with a Sentra. Steve broke everything down for me and made everything extremely simple and transparent. This is a great dealership with friendly staff and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan!!
My recent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch on account of my newly leased 2019 GLC 300 is just as good as it could get. Thus far truly professional to the brand name and like their follow-through in particular be it pre or post execution of the lease. The onboarding process was seamless and Sales Representative Sean Roslon has been a pleasure to deal with...seasoned and well-accommodative unlike some of those with cavalier attitude in my prior experience!

Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.
I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra over the weekend and had the best car buying experience ever. I was able to search inventory on line and confirmed availability via email. This was a great option and made the search easy. We showed up on a Thursday evening to test drive the car. We only had a limited amount of time since we had dinner with friends later. Driving into Nash it was a very impressive facility and had a great selection of autos. We went in and explained that we wanted to take a look at the car we emailed about and were helped right away. Nick was the sales person that we met and there was literally no pressure, he took us out to take a look then asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We loved the truck and wanted to purchase but knew we didn't have time that night. Nick took all our information before we left and did all the leg work once we left and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived the next day to finish the process. We drove off in our new truck in less than an hour and very satisfied with the truck. Nick was great and the whole experience with Nash was relaxed and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in the market for a new car.
I found Nash Auto through a friend of mine that has purchased several vehicles from this dealership. I went by to take a look at the selection and was surprised by the quality and the selection. They mainly stock high end vehciles with surprisingly low prices. I came in and dealt with JR who was vey knowledgeable of the selection, the vehicles and knew exactly what i wanted by asking me just a few questions which helped me tremendously. I found the Lexus that i wanted from the low miles, the exterior color and the interior color, it was Jackpot for me. The most important part of my experience was that i didn't feel pressured to purchase, they offered me to take it for a drive and come back in an hour if i liked the vehicle and make a decision when i was ready. I made my decision quickly due to finding the car that i wanted and for the deal that i got. The service was great and the time i spent purchasing a vehcile was less an hour, they financed it, had my vehicle detailed and provided me with an extra detail at no charge just for coming in. I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
