I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Finally I enjoyed the car buying experience! Bob Pearson understood our out of state trip had a tight window to look at the car. He made sure it was ready for a test drive after a thorough description of the features. He explained everything in detail and continues to answer texts about settings on the car after the purchase. Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home. This Van has spacious leg room in both the front and back. Easy to drive and comfortable seats. Lots of features, safe van when traveling a long distance.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Great vehicle for a family. There needs to be a little bit more storage in the back behind the seats for hauling grocery's and things like that. Overall great vehicle

I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.

Best 12 passenger van ever. Strong, reliable, and tons of space. It drives like a truck and the V8 has the capabilities to pull a LOT of weight, or just hold bikes on the back.

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

I purchased my van over 10.5 years ago and it had 14k on it. Its now has 167k miles and still working fine. Had to replace the trans, engine mounts (2 times), and a couple of other things - I think I have spent about $6.5k since I purchased it. But over all it has been a great family van. The backup camera has stopped working consistently and the front seats are waren but other than that it’s great. It’s now time to replace it as I’m having trouble getting it to pass its smog but overall it’s been a great car and would recommend - drives great

After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. Bought slightly used with1400 miles. Excellent performance with power and economy. Only problems have been poor undercoating and corroding rims. Dealer reapplied undercoating under warranty and replaced the wheels with take-offs at cost.

This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.

Strong powertrain. Great gas mileage (up to 22 MPG with my 1500) Minor fixes which also have minor costs. Easy to service. This is the best van on the market today. I know I am a mechanic!
