Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I called in the morning and requested to see a vehicle, they were very detailed on what car etc, to check to make sure they had the model, exterior color and interior color available. They did, so I scheduled to view the car that same day. I got there, the sales associate named Val was there to greet me holding a spot for the vehicle I arrived in. I was warmly greeted by him. I had my 17month old son with me and he gave him a balloon and offered if there was anything he could get to make us feel more comfortable. He had the car ready to test drive, during the test drive he was very thorough about the car, and showed me absolutely everything. I expressed I would like to trade in my old car and it was not a problem. We scheduled a time where he would come and pick up the vehicle from my house so I did not have to worry about dropping it off. After the paperwork was done he walked me around the building and introduced me to the service desk employees and showed me everything that I would need to go regarding getting car washes or just coming for a fix. When picking up my trade in vehicle it was super fast and easy. 10/10, Val and the team made the process very smooth, stress free, informative and positive. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

I ended up hitting a curb on my way to get an oil change and got a flat tire. I was rather upset about this. I called and they were very understanding and said they would be ready for me when I got there. I was worried about how much it would cost, how much time it would take, would there be a tire, would I need a rental, etc. Kevin looked up my tire coverage, found me a tire, replaced it and did my alignment. I believe it was all taken care of within 2 hours - maybe less! Fast and all with friendliness. I was so relieved!!
