This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

I purchased a vehicle from Autobahn USA Dedham about a month ago and couldn't have been any happier. I worked with Peter and let me tell you he was great in all aspects. We discovered that the head lights of our 2022 CRV- Hybrid battery had “turned themselves on” in the middle of the night. Not knowing the cause, we called the dealership first thing the next morning to inform them we were having it towed down to the dealership. The receptionist was helpful, explaining she would inform the advisors to expect it. The service department was busy, but they were able to expedite evaluating the problem, which was a dead battery, and get it fixed within hours. We were so appreciative.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

The finance manager was helpful and worked with us to assure we were happy with the extended warranty. Service for my other Jeep has been quick an easy. It has been a great experience working with this dealership.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

Hands-down, best used car dealership out there. Daughter, looking for a Volvo C 30 and hit the jackpot. Not only was Tony very responsive, so many things were addressed and fixed prior to us even asking. He even drove the car for quite a bit to make sure everything was fine and when there was an issue discovered with the front end, it was immediately addressed. I would absolutely drive back out to purchase another used vehicle, very honest and goes the extra mile! Very satisfied with the entire transaction.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

My car repair took longer than expected as the ordered part was delayed, but the service team went above and beyond to expedite and resolve.

i recently purchased a used vehicle from swanson gmc dealership and i have to say it was the best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. everyone is super friendly and helpful. being a women i have to say this i felt like they had my best interest in mind . no pressure, explained what needed to be explained and answered all my questions . i would strongly recommend this dealership . there is a lot to be said for a smaller family run business .

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
