Morrie's Buffalo Ford review
Great follow up by staff! Easy going and no pressure sales. Everything done by email so no contact option is important these days. I highly recommend them!
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Luther North Country FordReviews
Luther North Country Ford review
My experience working with Jake Olson with the sales team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln was positive from the beginning. Initially I was just looking to see what the new 2026 Ford Ranger Lariat had to offer over my 2021 model Ranger Lariat and not so much into making a purchase on a new one. After hearing what Jake could do for me with an offer for my 2021 model in trade my interest was piqued and it was a matter of finding one in the right color. They had one that was just ready to be shipped from the factory in the Carbonized Gray Metallic and I was sold. Jake was able to give me a great deal on my trade-in 2021 model and for the additional tonneau cover and spray-on bed liner accessories. The shipping time dragged on a bit longer than anticipated, but it arrived in time for closing on the deal with Jake and getting a basic introduction to all of the bells and whistles. Then finally finishing the paper work with David Latta just before a planned vacation. Needless to say, but I highly recommend Jake and the rest of the sales team at Luther North Country Ford. Getting used to all of the electronics is the most time consuming particularly when it comes to the navigation system, but once you get it all figured out it is a big plus. The system saved time when I was traveling recently and encountered a potential 20 minute trave delay because of construction work. It sent me to a short alternate route to bypass the delay and as a result I arrived at basically the original planned arrival while saving myself from that delay time.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Matthew Everett reached out to me after I inquired online for a specific model of the Honda Civic Hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he had several models of the car we were interested ready for us to test drive and look over. From start to sale, Matthew was kind, funny, personable and also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and sales promotions. We will be recommending him to our friends and family, and should we our our children need a new car, we'll be contacting him first. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Love the VW brand and model line up so I was a very easy sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Brookdale and couldn't be happier. Andrew Geston was a fabulous sales rep. By far and away better than others we met at a different VW dealership. Had a minor interior issue fixed and the service dept was awesome. The facility is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly and professional. Would recommend Brookdale and Andrew to anyone looking for a great car buying process!

We had an awesome salesmen. Explained everything and also redid the paperwork after I decided not to go with the extra warranty. When I got home from buying the car I noticed online the price of the car was less then originally charged. I indicated this and they granted me the lower price. Shahee Lee and Ben Bader were wonderful personnel working here. Lee was understanding, professional and steadfast in his communication and action to our requests. Questions were answered quickly, requests to test drive were quickly approved. Lee found listings based on our needs and constraints quickly, and proceeded to give us a quick walk regarding 2 potential offers we took a keen eye on. Financing information and questions were handled professionally by Ben, answering any questions we had. He walked us through the documents and allowed us plenty of time to comprehend them.
2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Lee (sales rep) & Ben (sales manager) were both amazing to work with. I was very uneasy about the whole car buying process & they worked with me to help me find just what I needed, nothing more. They were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell me. They went out of their way to ensure the car I bought was all fixed up (few minor things noticed while test driving). When it’s time to buy a new car, I’ll be back! Thanks again Lee & Ben for your service!! Edit to add - there ended up being a much larger issue with the vehicle, requiring a remanufactured engine be installed. I want to be clear, the issue I had that resulted in a new engine was in no way covered up by the dealership - it just happened to be the reality of the situation. I worked hand & hand w Dennis & Scott as my main contacts with the extended warranty company to get the entire repair taken care of. As a team, LexDan has gone above & beyond ensuring that my every need was taken care of. Because of how Dennis & team handled my situation - my review stays at 5 stars! Integrity goes a long way! Thank you!
2020 Honda Odyssey review
We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans. The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

2016 Toyota Sienna review
I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

Maplewood Toyota review
I had a great experience buying my new car with Mary Thao at Toyota Dealership in Maplewood yesterday. She was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured into a sale. The entire process from test drive to paperwork was smooth, educational, and transparent. AJ finance department was very educational with all my documents. I love my new car and I highly recommend asking for Mary Thao if you need a car.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Buerkle Hyundai review
We recently purchased a vehicle from Berkley Hyundai, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lulu was absolutely amazing. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Her authenticity and willingness to answer our questions honestly were a big reason we decided to purchase our vehicle. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Jacob in Finance was equally impressive. He made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a vehicle feel effortless. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly, making the paperwork process smooth and easy. I highly recommend the combination of Lulu and Jacob. Together they created one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've had. The only thing that would have made the experience even better was the slow internet connection on Lulu's computer, which caused a few delays. Other than that, the experience was outstanding, and we are very happy with our purchase.
2018 Honda Odyssey review
We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

Buerkle HyundaiReviews
Buerkle Hyundai review
In order to appreciate this glowing review of Buerkle Hyundai, it's necessary to start with a scathing review of Walser Hyundai in Coon Rapids. When my husband took our 2022 Tucson to Walser, they told him that the rear blinker was on the fritz because of water in our rear lamps, which they falsely claimed was “due to collision damage” and therefore “not covered under warranty.” They charged us $127 just to look at our bumper, then gave us an estimate for almost $4,000 to repair a problem that their own technician described as “already a known issue on these guys.” We told them that this vehicle had never been in a collision, but they ignored us and falsely wrote on our invoice that collision damage was the cause of the problem. When I returned later to ask if a tear in the plastic (caused by a tire blowout 2 years ago) was the same thing as damage to the bumper, a representative confirmed that it was not. Nevertheless, she insisted that the technician had found a crack in the bumper when they looked under the car. That was their second falsehood. She offered to put it on the lift again, and when they checked again, behold, they found no damage to the bumper. The service manager admitted that the tear in the plastic could not possibly have affected the water in the center taillight (which is at the bottom of the hatchback), but she told me that a tear in the plastic could have caused the condensation in the taillight, because it had broken a seal, allowing water to enter. Another untruth, as it turned out. I later crawled under the car to personally have a look, and found out that it couldn’t possibly be true. The manager said that she would contact Hyundai to see if they would cover the center light. She said it would take about 24 hours to get an answer. The next morning, she texted my husband to say that they submitted the request to Hyundai the day before, “and they are still deciding if they are going to participate in helping with the cost of rear lamp assembly. Hopefully they will have some kind of decision for me today.” That was their last communication. After getting caught in so many falsehoods, it appears they thought it was just easier to drop all communications. That’s when I made an appointment at Buerkle Hyundai, and (oh my) what a difference was that experience. I explained the problem and the damage to the plastic behind the wheel, and they immediately offered to submit a goodwill request to Hyundai to cover the charge. They said they might receive an answer in 10 minutes, but it might take an hour. What? You mean it doesn't take over 24 hours to get an answer from the Hyundai headquarters? (For those keeping score at home; that was Walser’s fourth falsehood to us.) After Buerkle submitted the request, Hyundai approved the repair in less than an hour. Buerkle had the part in stock, and the whole experience, from driving in, to getting approval for covering the cost, to repairing the problem, took less than 3 hours. Everyone I spoke with at Buerkle was tremendously friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout to Danni. She’s a gem, and Buerkle should give her a raise and a promotion. Walser Hyundai charged us $127, and their only service was to treat us disrespectfully and feed us a pack of untruths. (I’m not sure what the industry standard might be for charging customers for falsehoods, but $127 seems kinda pricey.) Then they handed us a $4,000 estimate to repair a problem that they knew could have been covered by Hyundai, if only they would take the trouble to submit the request. Buerkle Hyundai fixed the entire problem in under 3 hours, and they threw in a free car wash and snacks. The total bill for the visit? $0.00. Buerkle has earned two new customers. I hope this review wins them many more.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!
2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone
