Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. CharlesReviews
Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. Charles review
Fox Valley Volkswagen absolutely exceeded my expectations at every point in the purchase of my new to me Passat SEL. Adrian was my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt in responding and friendly. Specifically, he managed expectations and answered my questions directly. Nik is the sales manager, and was fantastic to deal with as we got the purchase rolling. Having been in the business, I understand how the sales manager is at the nexus of everything going on. Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. If you want a dealer who pays attention, who is prompt, professional and never high pressure, and who gets the deal and the job done right - look no further. This team is truly at the top of the business. Five stars - strongly recommended across the board.

City Volkswagen of ChicagoReviews
City Volkswagen of Chicago review
My experience working with Edgar was great. I had no issues with him at all - 5 stars. Negotiation was simple and easy. The price was great. My only issue was with Evelyn Franchi, finance manager. When we were going over the final numbers, she told me, and I quote her, “by law we’re supposed to show you the best [interest] rate”. I did enough research to know that was a lie. I even ran an AI search to double check Illinois law while in her office, no such law exists; words matter, what you say to a buyer matters. I informed her that I had gotten pre approved at a lower rate and suddenly she was able to drop the rate. Was she violating the law or did she lie when she didn’t initially show me the best rate? Finance managers shouldn’t be able to lie to their clients. An uniformed buyer would’ve taken her word and trusted that she was telling the truth. Don’t lie to the buyers because you don’t want them negotiating the rate. I recommend double checking anything Evelyn says. Overall, 4 start rating as the majority of the process was smooth. I highly recommend working with Edgar if you’re in the market for a Volkswagen.

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

Friendly and helpful service. Didn’t try to upsell me; listened and were thoughtful about my situation.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

Abe was great. Very professional. I went there to test drive a used car. He told me prior what’s wrong with the car so i can hear it when i drive. I decided not to buy the car. Too bad they don’t have any similar card available. I would have purchased it because I already liked the dealership.

I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford. They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed. These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

Great selection of cars and great prices recommend I bought a 2024 Kia ev9 ask for Joe for the best experience!!!
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

Quick and easy they got me approved and gave me all the numbers before I went to see the car. Vehicle was in great condition they provided inspection report of when the vehicle got inspected and even provided the carfax where other dealer don’t. I will recommend everybody to buy a car from idrive and will definitely be back.

Andy Mohr Volkswagen of Avon review
Tharon is by far the best car salesman we’ve had the pleasure of working with. My dad is usually pretty hard on salesman but he will be coming to Tharon from now on! I got a wonderful vehicle at the price I needed it to be to be comfortable every month. Hes very understanding and personal. Doesn’t pressure you into things and doesn’t make you have that uncomfortable feeling you usually have at a car lot. I don’t have enough kind words to say about him!
