Everything but just your job. Brandon and people like him are why the dealership can still be a comfortable place to be with out pressure or feeling like you know nothing. My new preowned jetta is fantasuc in every way and how Brandon asked me the right questions and steered me away from spending more money by showing me how the car met my needs was perfect. I went to Country Nissan hoping to trade in my lease. I knew I was going to go over my mileage limit and I wanted to own a car instead. I was worried that this would be difficult, however...I still owed a year on my lease agreement. I went to Jason LeClair, and he immediately went above and beyond in helping me find the best options for my desired monthly payment. I never once felt pressured or wondered if I was getting the best possible deal. Instead of feeling like I was playing "cat and mouse" like I have at other dealerships, we didn't waste any time getting down to business, and I truly enjoyed his company. I have always wanted a Rogue, and it's exactly what I got! I am so grateful Jason made it happen for me, and I will never buy another car from anyone else if I can help it. I even took a stack of cards to hand out to friends and family :)

I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car’s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that “A third party company is taking care of it”. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it’s normal. Here’s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car’s title & mailed a copy for their record.
I bought a 2017 Volkswagen Toureg. The buying process from start to finish was excellent - from our sales rep Ty, Rick financing, and Ted.
Ty spent a large amount of time with us over the course of two days making sure the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!!!

Great Dealership my sales guy eh not what I expect

We just leased or second Cadillac and its beautiful. The dealership was great to us on the last lease with repairs and service. This time our sales guy Bill Donato made two gaffs.
First he said buy the car today and the sales manager will eat our overage on miles. After we signed he suddenly had not recollection of saying that and joked to me I lie a lot. The sales manager did make good on it and took care of 3000 of the miles we were over.
Second we loved the XT5 we test drove but my wife wanted a different color. Bill said he would find one again after we signed we realized he gave us one that didn't have cooled seats. When I asked him about it he said oh did the one you drove gave them. He should pay attention to details. I mean come on this is Cadillac. I will continue to trust Valenti but please if you use this dealership use a trustworthy sales rep who is paying attention to what you want.
I bought a 2016 Volkswagen GTI S from Bret Beuer at Volkwagen of Hartford and I honestly cant say enough good things about them. I walked in with a very difficult situation regarding negitive equity on the car i was driving and he along with multipul others worked great on figuering out what was going to be in my best intrest, even if it ment not selling a car. Not once did they push anything on my like many people think of when dealing with a salesman.
Even during the paperwork it went smoothly. They picked me up on my lunch break at work, filled out the paperwork and I drove back to work in my new car!
My girlfriend has an appointment there next week!

Bob Johnson is a total class act. He treated me very fairly. More importantly, the car was for my 19 year old daughter. Bob took the time to answer all of her questions. He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Overall, it was a very, very positive experience.
