We bought a new Ford Edge Sport from Al Piemonte this past July . Buying a new car is not always a great experience, but it was at Al Piemonte. You can always tell how good a company is until you need help. We did . About a week after we bought it, I was driving around going to a few malls and didn't notice a little scratch on the back right bumper until a got home. We all know that feeling well. So I called Al Piemonte thinking they're not obligated to repair it, but to my surprise they said bring it in and we will repair it at no charge. So I did ,and they had it repaired perfectly. Al Piemonte is the only dealer we will ever buy a car the !
My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ. She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ. His honesty, and knowledge brought me back a week or so later to get a car for me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and for the first time in a long time, I have no buyers remorse. The financial process was really tense, if not dark and shady. I walked in with my own approved credit from another bank, but they pushed for another application of their own finance department which I agreed to. To my surprise I was approved for a lower rate with but I did not know that till I refused to buy with th rate they quoted me and started walking out. I’m talking about them trying to get me on a 13.5% instead of 5.9% that I ended up buying the car with, and I only did because I really liked the car... one more thing don’t count one the free loaner most of the time, but they will arrange a shuttle service for you...
i was helped by a gentleman named Xavier Miller. He was helpful by answering all my questions and getting my into a car i wanted at a reasonable price. He helped my set up my phone and waze for the Subaru and gave me tips while driving/using a Subaru! Would highly recommend!
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe

Repeat customer at the Autobarn VW. The staff there will make every effort to earn your business while maintaining a low pressure environment. Very accommodating and certainly competitive regarding pricing and valuation of any vehicle you may wish to trade. The actual business transaction is seamless and efficient, although I wish this could be completed in one step (ie the sales consultant processes the paperwork) as other dealerships now do. Patrick McDonald is fanstastic. He listens, provides answers, and is genuinely interested in making the experience positive. Will definitely consider the Autobarn for my next vehicle purchase again.
