As a business owner that provides Janitorial Services I know how particular customers can be. In this case I was the customer and Jason blew me away immediately with a warm greeting and was ready to provide the service I’d requested. He suggested thee total services and when i told him my budget for the the day he suggested the service that would provide me the best benefit for my vehicle. It was his honesty and eye contact that stood out. He wasn’t the pushy service guy you topically come across. I was offered snacks and a place to wait for my vehicle but had Transportation already arranged. Jason kept me informed about my vehicle and notified me when it was completed. When i returned to pick up my vehicle Jason explained all the charges and reminded me of two other services i should get completed.

I got this car because I wanted a midsize SUV with plenty of cargo space for travel. It has that as well as plenty of leg room for passengers. There are three USB ports and a vent in the back for AC and heat. I also love the moon roof. This car checked off all the boxes I wanted in a midsize SUV.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

We just bought a 2019 Tiguan SEL. Great exterior look and interior is really nice. I had a 2016 Tiguan before this one. It’s a lot bigger and a bit slower off the line. Overall a great drive and love the digital cockpit and third row option.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

This vehicle was purchased by my wife, for my wife, then she gave it to me. Haha. Wasn’t my pick and admittedly different from my previous vehicle (v6 pilot) truly- I average 24-25mpg and these days that adds up to roughly 33% of my payment covered by the gas savings alone, and I’m always first off the line. She’s quick when you stomp on the gas. Smaller yet the seats feel roomier. The back of the seat is heated as well as the seat on the S.E. model which is nice. Sorry VW because I’ve been talking shnit for years but thanks to a series of my wife’s co workers buying VW’s, I negotiated an amazing deal and I’m happier than I’ve ever been with a car purchase. Now let’s see how you handle the test of time....

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Shopping for a newer (but not brand new) Tacoma 4x4 in the Prescott AZ area kind of limited my options so I expanded the search into the greater Phoenix area where I found a couple that met my criteria, which did include staying within a certain price range. LeSueur was actually the last of three stops we made while in the Phoenix area and the Tacoma we eventually purchased had a feature that I didn't actually know I wanted or needed which was the extra foot of bed space, it's a long bed (6'). I very much love that we purchased a long bed and the price we paid was extremely reasonable. After viewing the truck the day we were down in the area, we communicated and settled all the details via email with Steven LeSueur. That went very well and he responded to our emails quickly. The day we decided to journey back down there to purchase the truck we realized we were short on time so we informed Steven of our time constraints and he did a great job of getting out of there with the truck within an 1 1/2 of arriving there. The only thing he even attempted to add to the purchase was extended warranty coverage which we declined because the truck was still under factory warranty and we wanted to stay within budget. No other hidden fees or charges, thus we were extremely happy with the process. We've had the truck for one week now and I like it more now than the day we actually purchased it. It's been a great truck and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. My wife and I (along with our two dogs who made the journey to LeSueur with us) would highly recommend doing business with this professional car dealership (something that cannot be said for too many car dealerships).

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

The car itself is gorgeous inside and out from the digital dash to the White Silver exterior it’s just beautiful! Great family car super spacious with all the extras for a fraction of the price. I love this car it’s just so fun to drive and is great for road trips

I am new to Arizona from California and recently purchased a brand new 2017 Jetta prior to arriving to Arizona. I have pretty high mileage already based on the distance I drive to and from work and additionally driving here from Northern California. I made an appointment at Berge expecting to be oversold on services and things I didn't need - NONE of that happened. I received amazing service from the service advisor Bob, and felt as if he would always steer me into the right direction and never sell me something I didn't need. I was very impressed and plan to use Berge for all my vehicle needs while here in Arizona. Thank you Berge and Bob for exceptional service.

I have researched the Tiguan for three years. In 2018, I fell in love with new design. Bought a 2019 SEL Premium 4 Motion R-Line off the showroom floor. I wanted to wait till I got some miles on it and months of ownsership before I wrote a review. I have to tell you that I have seen several comments about poor performance, but I haven’t experienced it after break in and getting used to stiffer German engineered gas pedal. I was used to it after having a MB C300. Anyway, without using sport mode, I can take off and leave traffic behind at a stop light. Sport mode is even quicker. If someone wants better acceleration, then maybe a sports car would suit them better than a compact SUV. This is only compact on the outside, if that. The ride is nothing short of luxurious, quiet, roomy and solid. The stereo (Fender) is as good as my Burmeister was in the MB. Great bass and clarity with such true to life sound. The seats are magnificent, contour and comfort are great. My 91 year old father loves them too. The digital dash and center display are fantastic, intuitive and very useful. The fit and finish of the car is amazing. As is usual with German cars, everything is over engineered and sturdy. The panoramic sunroof is big, well visible from front seat and dazzling in back seats. The electric sunshade never fails to impress riders. The adaptive LED headlights are bright and impressively capable. The LED corner lights that light up at turn of wheel after slowing are hella bright. I love them and they are truly useful. The heated seats and steering wheel worked great and applied me. Overall, the car is super luxurious, fun and steers better than any car I have ever had. I cannot imagine a accessory or option you would want that this trim level that I own doesn’t have. Don’t take my word for it as a happy buyer. Take it for a test ride yourself. You’ll be amazed. I must say the fantastic warranty was a plus and for about $1,200, I purchased the additional warranty for 96 months or 120k miles. Best of all, it takes 87 octane regular unleaded ONLY. Says so right on the gas cap. Anyone that has a Tiguan knows what I am saying here is factual. I love mine and from the looks it gets, so does everyone else.

I was introduced to LeSueur Car Co by a good friend of mine. I always tend to trust friend recommendations more, compared to just online reviews. So, I took his word for it. I bought a lovely 2012 Toyota Tacoma Sport, 4x4, with a bunch of standard stuff in great condition. Usually when I go to spend money, (larger amounts), I get real bad anxiety and it makes it harder for me to make a smart and informed decision. I was reluctant to buy anything and or sell my Harley Davidson when I came to the dealer but it had to be done and the process for that was smoother than I expected. During the time of me surrendering and selling the bike and buying the truck, I had no issues with anxiety, misinformation and or miscommunication. Everyone at the dealer was friendly, welcoming, transparent and very knowledgeable. Transparency is huge to me because no one likes being lied to, period. They made the process of selling my bike and buying a truck, enjoyable. They made me feel like I was family to them and that made me want to trust them more. Would recommend them to all my friends in a heartbeat for new and used vehicles. Since buying the truck I've been back for some service and they remembered me and the truck like it was just the day before that I bought it.

I started my car search like many people, online. I had a friend mention LeSueur is great, check out the cars on their website. Wow, so many cars, I could search by price, by make, by milage. Over the next few weeks I continued to look at what cars they had posted on their website. It was great because I could see it was being updated daily! I sent an email asking a question and got a personal response back from Kris LeSueur, he answered my question, and invited me in. I wasn't ready yet, and told him so. He was very kind and said whenever you are ready come down talk to me. The day I finally decided I'm going to go in and find a car, I drove up to a very unassuming lot with so many nice looking cars. I recognized a few from the website. I walked into a very relaxed friendly office. I was greeted by Trista, who informed me that Kris was just finishing up and would be out to talk to me in a moment. In the meantime she asked if there were any cars I wanted to test drive. Well YES as a matter of fact, I ran through my list of cars with her, we pulled them up on the website and she started getting me keys and having the cars brought up front for me to test drive. A test drive without a smug over-cologned salesman riding shot gun, telling me all the reasons the car was so great. What a pleasant surprise!! I took 5-6 different models of cars for test drives, then Larry came by and we chatted. He asked what I liked about the cars I drove, what I didn't like. He listened very intently and said, have you thought about a Cadenza? I wasn't sure, but was willing to give it a try. I fell in love with the car. At this point, I had my car picked out and now I knew the next part was the price, and money down and financing. The price listed on the car is basically the price. I double checked a few sites, to see if the price was good. The prices were very reasonable. I was thankful because I am not much of a haggler. Then I met with JT who helped me get all the paperwork done. I say helped me, he got it all printed up in about 15 minutes. We went over the various documents, I did my signing. Then I asked, what about an extended warranty? Yes, the extended warranty had not been shoved down my throat or even mentioned yet. JT went over the finances, the extended warranties, he was just such an easy going gentleman. Before I knew it, everything was done and I was driving away in my new Kia Cadenza! Would I recommend this company? Yes!! If you want a no pressure, easy going car buying experience this place is for you!! Have not had the vehicle but about a month. My wife is the main driver and really likes it. I have driven it on several occasions and enjoy driving it. Interior is nice and appears to be of good quality. Not sure about the auto engine off at stops. It is a little jerky when it comes back on, but this option can be turned off. Even with it off, the car has immediate sensitive acceleration, but this may be something I’m just getting use to and will adapt to it. Overall very satisfied.

I found the car I wanted online, Even though it was out of state ( I'm on the central coast of California) I decided to see if it was still available. Steven and I worked out a price I was happy with, and a couple days later I was on a plane to Phoenix international Airport. Steven was nice enough to pick me up at 8am, and had most of the paperwork ready when we got there. (I was pre approved, and used their financing) Paperwork went quickly and smoothly and I was out of there almost before they even opened for the day. Once I had reviewed this car and analyzed it online, I knew this was the vehicle for me. Competitively priced with the cars in its class, the 2018 VW Tiguan SE in Habanero Orange will have heads turning and praises galore. It's exterior will have people saying how the color goes perfectly with the body style of the car. As far as the interior, people will think that it's a compact. But it's the compact car that's not so compact. When you actually enter the vehicle, you see that the length on it is the longest in its class and the width and height of the car is only about 2-4 inches shorter than the average mid-size SUV. Likewise, with the ability to switch in-between sport mode, you'll have yourself thinking you're in a race car. Did I mention the 4 cylinder engine and great gas mileage this car provides? Also, there is the 8-inch touchscreen that is so sleek and functional that you'll never need to look down at your phone while you drive again. The car is a fantastic one, great value for the money. I haven't looked back since my purchase!

What you'll get at LeSeuer: -A quality vehicle -A good deal / fair price -Competitive financing -A relaxed environment -Excellent service -Minimal hassle -90% less dealer 'tactics' and BS compared to most other dealers What you won't get at LeSeuer: -A totally killer deal -An education on the pros and cons of 'buyback' vehicles Price-wise, I could have done just as well at a lot of other dealers, or better from a private seller. But if you want to avoid the hassle and the unknowns that come with a private seller, and cut out the wasted time and annoying tactics you have to endure at most dealerships - LeSueur is a great choice to find a reasonable middle-price on a quality vehicle, and come away with a positive buying experience. Note that some of LeSeuer's vehicles are "Manufacturer Buybacks", so if you want one of those you should educate yourself on the pros and cons of that choice before you go to buy. I'm going to keep the car I bought for a looong time, so I didn't care about the downsides of a 'buyback/lemon' black mark on the title. The 'pro' side of a buyback car is that you can get a vehicle that's basically still new, at an used price. On the 'con' side, if you expect to trade-in or sell the vehicle, note that because the title isn't a 'clean title' and CarFax reports the buyback status, private buyers will be wary, some lenders won't finance it, and it will lower the potential trade-in value. The bottom line is that I will recommend LeSeuer to friends and family. And the next time I need a car, LeSueur will be the first place I look, and will probably also end up being the last place I look.

This SUB has class, well equipped; leather interior, panoramic sunroof,all electrical, custom wheels, navigation, etc,etc. Is a really underfull SUV that we’re looking forward to enjoy!!!
