I had a great experience at this dealership. Leon was fantastic to work with—fast, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. Carlton in Finance was equally great and made that part of the process quick and straightforward. I really appreciated that the entire experience was no-pressure and stress-free. Both were professional, helpful, and made purchasing my vehicle a very easy experience. I would definitely recommend working with Leon and Carlton!

H. M. Brown Automotive review
I had an excellent experience working with Dominic Bosco at HM Brown. He was communicative, informative, and never pressured me to move faster than I was comfortable with. Before coming to HM Brown, I had spent time at a couple of dealerships test driving cars, and the difference between working with Dominic and the typical dealership sales experience was night and day. Dominic made the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Even after purchasing my car, Dominic followed up to make sure everything was going well, which I truly appreciate. I’ve had my car for a few weeks now and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend HM Brown and Dominic to anyone looking for their next vehicle!

I recently bought a car from them. They are really honest guys, and the car I purchased is a 2018 Hyundai that is in excellent condition. If you want to buy your next car, I would highly recommend going here because the procedure is really simple and everyone you deal with is quite nice. Definitely 5 Stars:

Tom Tran Colorado's best service writer!!! I mean the best!!!
2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

I have had not one but two incredible experiences with the sales team at Emich, namely Dieter, the sales person I have worked with both times. Dieter is fair, honest, upfront and responsive. He doesn't just care about the sale, he cares about getting you in the right car and the right loan situation. I am so appreciative to have a team I can forever trust with my car needs. Thank you Dieter, Mateo, Ashley and Fred for all of your help! Your integrity and service levels are very much appreciated!

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I had a light come on that concerned me and Doug at Mcdonald VW helped me get my car in right away. They even give a LYFT credit so I could get home. Within 48 hours I had a video of the technician going through what they found, what they fixed, and even did an oil change and checked tires too just so everything was perfect. All under warranty so no charge to me and these are some of the nicest guys at this place. I see some negative reviews and I really think sometimes people create their own problems, like declining a recall and then being upset? This place is great and they are even renovating to have a really nice new building.
