We sold the Tiguan and got the Atlas. It's so much more bang for your buck in the Atlas. We're averaging 27 mpg in the Atlas; we were only getting 29 in the Tiguan. The Atlas rides much smoother and the room is huge!!!

I took delivery of a custom ordered Cadillac CT5-V on September 4th. Ever since then it has been in the shop for about a month for the same steering and suspension issue. I have an appointment on Tuesday, October 27th to give them a 4th crack at it. To be fair, the first replacement power steering rack GM sent them turned out to be defective. However, the dealer has been really, really good throughout the ongoing ordeal. They listen, and don’t try to deny problems. Michael Ammerman, the service advisor I’ve been working with has been patient, attentive, and communicative through the whole process. The mechanic doing the repairs, I think Rich is his name, has also been good to work with. Shoutout to both of them for some of the best dealer customer service I’ve ever experienced. Finally, the loaner cars they put you in are Cadillacs as well, so that’s nice. Honestly, the best service I’ve ever received at a dealer, bar none. I just hope they and GM can get to the bottom of the issues with the car.

I was extremely impressed with Larry Roesch Volkswagen. The sales representative Armando Mariscal was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the car I was interested in purchasing. The car itself was extraordinarily clean and well maintained. When I wanted to make an offer, I asked for the total out-the-door cost and he presented it without hesitation and with full transparency. No extra fees or games, just the legitimate cost (I’ve dealt with other dealerships that have refused to give me the OTD cost, at which point they lost my business). The manager Eric Lee helped give me the deal that I was looking for without any hassles. The negotiation only took about 10 minutes total. It was very easy without any pressure. The finance manager Marijana Malencic was also very friendly, professional and extremely organized. She didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want and only made useful, pertinent recommendations. I was out of her office within 10 minutes as well. There were no surprises, the total came out to the exact amount we discussed and agreed on during negotiation. They gave me thorough, yet expedited customer service. They respected my time, so I did not have to spend any more of my time than necessary. Love my 2023 ID.4! It’s extremely comfortable, drives great, gets good range (280 miles) and charges quite fast (180kW observed!). A lot to love about it, it’s a great crossover, roomy, good suspension, comfortable massaging seats!, nice features, the Travel Assist highway driver assist is excellent and is great for long road trips, the software is also good pretty responsive and not too buggy and I have not had any issues with it so far, the newer ID.4s have much better software than the first year 2021 models and apparently the 2021 models are getting updated. A lot of people complain about the ergonomics but I honestly find it to be a non issue for the most part, the steering wheel controls can be pressed like normal buttons and the sliders are responsive, also the window controls do not matter to me, the separate button for rear windows is not an issue, in fact it helps me from not rolling down the rear windows unintentionally. I really, really think the control issues on this car are overblown because within a day I was perfectly comfortable with all of it. The only issue I have with the controls is that the center sliders are not illuminated at night for some reason which is dumb but my muscle memory adapted quite quickly to it. The EV part of it is great, like I said it charges very well and has a good charging curve, the range is good, and the electric motors are well calibrated. The only other issues I have is that the stereo isn’t excellent for $50k, it is ok, it is not bad, but it is not a great stereo. Also the already mentioned not illuminated sliders. The app could also be better, but I do not care too much as I just use the keys and it works well. Also would like to see one pedal driving. But that is it, they are not big issues. I would absolutely recommend it to others, in fact I already have! It is really a great car!

I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

My experience @ Net Motorcars with Chris Spiros was exceptional! We just purchased a 2011 Volvo C70 T5 from them for my son in Houston! The whole process was professional and painless! Chris took many extra photos & videos for us! They had the CarFax! Everything was above board, no games, no wasted time! We hired a 3rd party inspection company that verified all of the dealership details perfectly. Chris also refused to load it on a transporter that obviously did not have the proper equipment to load our Volvo! If you want customer service and very nice vehicles, we highly recommend Net Motorcars be your first (and last) stop! These guys totally "get it"!!!

I love convertibles in the summer but they're not fun to drive in the winter. The EOS is two cars in one. It's a convertible that with the push of a button becomes a hard top. Unlike most convertibles, the EOS is also quite practical. It seats 4 and with the top up has a huge trunk. Best of both worlds.

Great exterior styling, has all the key interior features and creature comforts. From a quite smooth ride, roomy interior, comfortable front and rear seats, a well thought out dash configuration, large sunroof, and great sounding radio, just to name a few. Atlas Cross Sport offers a lot of options. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of this vehicle inside and out.

My latest service appointment was very easy. I called in and spoke with Alex. He was able to schedule me in right away and inspect my vehicle. Repair cost are reasonable and he was able to get me a loaner car for the day. Great service as always.

I recently had very positive service experience at Schererville, BMW. As a working real estate agent, Schererville was able to provide me with a pre arranged bmw loaner car while they serviced my 2023 BMW X4M so I could continue my workday unimpeded. The service department sent me timely updates via text and email on the progress of my vehicles service, and a summary video made by the technician who worked on my car detailing all the work that had been done. They even provided a carwash and topped off my washer fluid. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at many BMW dealerships in and around the Chicagoland area. This most recent experience at BMW of Schererville ranks as one of the best. I will definitely be back for future service.

This car is a wonder. With the rear camera., blind spot warning and lane assist i feel so safe. The cabin is spacious and not confining. Although I haven't had to use the 3d seat I am confident it is roomy and comfortable. Happy I bought it.

I'm about a month into my ownership, so I can't comment on reliability. I have driven the Taos on a long road trip and in all situations. I think it hits the mark for being an extremely functional city car and is economical. It's well balanced, frugal on gas and has good enough performance to make it easy to live with. My other car is a VW GTI, which is my fun car. I sold my Golf Sportwagen and lost some driving feel going to the Taos but gained AWD, way more passenger space for family and friends and a more comfortable riding position for when I feel like running about. One of the ironies I've found with the Taos is that I expected it to be my road trip car of choice and that I would make the GTI my urban runabout. I think it will end up being the opposite with the Taos being pretty awesome for grocery getting and short trips. My mpg with AWD has been ~30mpg mixed at 2k miles. I don't do much more than 33mpg on the highway. My city mpg has been pretty good. My GTI gets 31mpg combined. I like the interior styling and glad to have buttons instead of the slider controls. I had a next-gen Golf as a rental in Spain last year, and the infotainment was a nightmare to use while driving. My one gripe about the interior is using soft touch on the front seat door panels and then hard plastic for the dash. I would have preferred all one or the other for a consistent look. The soft touch makes resting the elbow more comfortable, but there's soft touch near the door handle for that. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I test drove the Tiguan a few times too, and that was a bit to long, had inferior visibility, has the less user friendly infotainment and squishier suspension. I thought the Tiguan looked good and had a nicer interior, but that was it.

My salesperson Dan along with the finance manager Fabian were both fantastic. The used Car I called about was cleaned and ready when I arrived. The negotiation process was smooth and honest with little pressure and no bs involved. Came to a fair agreement quickly. The finance process was also handled timely and professionally. The whole process was a whole lot better than the previous dealer I went to who tried to steal my money with by lying and adding fees and other things.

I've owned 2019 SEL for 2 years and love it. It is comfortable, sporty, and has plenty of power. I get 32mpg on highway, at speeds averaging 80mph. I only have 14k miles on it so far, but I've never had an issue with anything in this car. I really love the sportback hatchback, since I put my road bike in without removing the tire.

The dealership, service center and my sales associate Andrew Doyle have all been top notch and I can't ask for anything more working with a dealership.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

Jeff in the service department is awesome and I always trust his recommendations, and am always highly confident and pleased with the service I receive. I typically wait for my service to be completed and the waiting area is clean, comfortable & has many amenities. All the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend Fox Valley VW.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.
