I went in looking for a car I would love and drive for a long time. I mean it’s an important purchase. The team was extremely knowledgeable and made the process smooth and assuring. Jessi, was the best! She is a true professional and a great person to sell me a car. Go to them! Go to her!

Coulter Cadillac Buick GMCReviews
Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC review
We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Customer Service from Aaron Johnson at Bell Ford in Phoenix!** I want to recognize Aaron Johnson at Bell Ford in Phoenix for providing an excellent car-buying experience. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and having a salesperson who treats you with respect, communicates clearly, and takes the time to work with you makes all the difference. Aaron made a great impression on me throughout my experience. I appreciate his professionalism, customer service, and the way he helped me with my purchase of a 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat. I believe good salespeople deserve recognition when they go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Aaron is someone I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Bell Ford. If you're shopping for a Ford in the Phoenix area, ask for Aaron Johnson. My experience with him was excellent, and I appreciate the service he provided. Thank you, Aaron, for making my truck-buying experience a positive one! **Five stars for Aaron Johnson and Bell Ford!**

The car is easy to enter and exit. The engine is very responsive and the stability is outstanding. It loves the back roads with twists and turns. Everything electrical and mechanical works and has never been a problem or needed repair. Service intervals are 10,000 miles so it is easy to afford.

2015 Volkswagen Eos review
I love convertibles in the summer but they're not fun to drive in the winter. The EOS is two cars in one. It's a convertible that with the push of a button becomes a hard top. Unlike most convertibles, the EOS is also quite practical. It seats 4 and with the top up has a huge trunk. Best of both worlds.

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

ZRV Auto Inc.Reviews
ZRV Auto Inc. review
We recently had a terrific experience buying from ZRV Auto (Jan. 2026). ZRV had a hard-to-find car that my daughter had hoped for as her first vehicle: a 2010 VW Beetle. We had pre-planned travel to be in Brea from Northern California, and Zora and his family helped us navigate starting the buying process long distance. When we arrived, the car was waiting for us and was 100% what we expected from our calls and photos. The car was super clean! We had an independent mechanic check the car out and they said it was in really great shape. The paperwork process was fast and organized, and truly one of the easiest car-buying experiences. We appreciated Zora and his family's professionalism, willingness to help us buy a car (as opposed to trying to sell us a car), and the post-purchase follow up. Great customer service, honest and fair!
2007 Volkswagen New Beetle review
The car was fun to drive. With a 5cyl engine, it definitely have me the get up I needed. I didn't have much problems with her besides changing the clutch out twice. But you shouldn't have to deal with that problem if you take it to peyote who know what they are doing. My car had a couple of accidents but you would never have been able to tell. The vehicle was repaired and drove like new. If I wanted another coupe, I definitely would buy again.
