The smoothest car buying experience I think I have ever had. No running to the manager for prices, no crazy add ons. Dealt with only one person for the entire sale and she was great. Super knowledgeable and extremely competent. Jadyn crushed it and I would absolutely buy from her again.
2022 Volkswagen ID.4 review
This car has delivered beyond our expectations. Recently took it on a 180 mile trip into the Rocky Mountains. We arrived with over 150 miles in reserve. It’s quiet and smooth. Highly recommend!

Purchased New VW ID4and love it. Nick the salesman at Ann Arbor Volkswagen was just amazing. Highly recommended purchasing a vehicle there. Ryan the sales manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy. You don’t find people that care in car dealerships anymore, but they definitely do here at Ann Arbor.

Puente Hills VolkswagenReviews
Puente Hills Volkswagen review
Larry Yu absolutely took fantastic care of my wife and me. From our first contact all the way to walking us through the features on our new vehicle. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at all. We had been real tired of reaching out to dealer after dealer to find out they are marking up vehicles and installing needless dealer accessories on them. We were having such a hard time finding a dealership with a transparent pricing policy, until we reached out to Puente Hills VW. I’d recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. They’ll take great care of you!!

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz review
If you are searching for an electric mini-van your options are an SUV or the ID.Buzz. That being said, this is an amazing vehicle that fills the bill nicely. Great interior, roomy and airy, amazing exterior that always turns heads, quick charging, quick acceleration and generally the exact vehicle you think it would be. Was it overpriced when it was released, yes. Can you get amazing deals right now that bring it inline with where it should have ben priced, absolutely!

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

Palm Springs Motors Ford review
I had a great experience at this dealership! Patty Johnson was amazing—very professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She took the time to address all of my concerns and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how smooth everything went. Highly recommend working with her! What I appreciated most was how patient and understanding she was throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Patty made everything feel easy, smooth, and completely stress-free. She kept me informed at every step, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The whole team at the dealership was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I left feeling confident in my purchase and really happy with the service I received. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will treat you with respect, I highly recommend asking for Patty Johnson—you won’t be disappointed!

thank you for a very positive car buying experience. Both Becky and Colton were very responsive to my online inquiry. Colton and I hammered out the details long distance by phone and text. By the time I drove from Kansas City, all the paperwork was complete completed. After a short visit with Colton, he turned me over to Ben. Then was also very professional and helped complete the backside of the purchase. By the way, my wife loves the car! It’s too bad. I won’t get to drive it. Thank you to the whole team.

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

Mark MazdaReviews
Mark Mazda review
My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. We dealt with Austin Mougel by email and texts to trade our vehicle and buy the Mazda we wanted. We could not be more pleased with the pleasant, careful and thorough process completed by Austin and the rest of the Mark Mazda team.

Hall Volkswagen review
Percy was very helpful, and Jerry (Sales Mgr) too. I test drove it and struck a deal with minimum fuss. I made a deposit and came back the next day to sign papers and take delivery. The car was washed, gassed up, and ready to go. Thank you!

CarMax Capitol ExpresswayReviews
CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!
