The driving is immaculate and very fun. I’m not a big car buff but this car made driving very enjoyable. The dashboard features were great and intuitive. The only weak part was the poor sound quality of the speakers.

Car is a gem. Lots of room, handles well and has the power I need. I have the V6. When compared to the other cars of its size I drove including BMW, Mercedes and Audi. You get a car that has the German quality and sophisticated engineering yet saves thousands. I love it.

Last week I realized I need a dependable gas car to ship to Florida. I called Diamond Auto Sales as I have purchased 3 cars from them in the past all Toyotas. Luckily Alex was there to help. He had two perfect cars and I came in for a test drive leaving with a low mileage white Camry. Not only that he changed the oil and tires for me knowing it was going out of state, washed it inside and out!! The service was impeccable as in the past plus he had a new salesman Greg who filled out the paperwork, gassed up my car in the speed of light. This is one fantastic outfit. This was the 1st car that I bought brand new a 2012 jeddah station wagon I like this car a lot have a 150000 miles on it only one issue and that was resolved quickly I keep it maintained I take care of oil changes when needed And it has been a very good car

Love the size and room. Even the third row is roomy enough for 2 adults with headroom. Comfortable ride with good visibility. I’m enjoying the Atlas SE with v6 and 4 motion

The car was bumped when being pulled out of the dealership and there was a dent on the back bumper as a result. The interior had colored pencil and other marks inside, and there was a small tear in the backseat leather. There is an issue with the EPC where a sudden stop, or jolt of the vehicle will cause the EPC light to go on and the car will start to drive funny. When driving conditions are stable and it is reset by turning the car off, that isn’t a problem. Though I may just take it in to the dealership to have them fix any and everything wrong.

Fantastic Experience!!!! Just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma there on5/6/17, and was very impressed by the whole entire experience. First I was greeted by a very nice young woman before entering and then I met Drake who was my salesperson helping me the entire time. I have owned 2 VW Jetta's both FANTASTIC dependable automobiles. The 2021 Jetta is such a pleasure to drive with its roomy interior and superb handling. It's fabulous gas milage of 40 highway/ 30 mpg city driving, the 1.4 L Turbo charged engine makes it a peppy car. The lane change assist on the side mirrors is quite a plus. It's a beautiful automobile inside and out. The full color touch screen has Blue tooth, Android Auto, Apple Car Play even a USB port. Has a great back-up camera, anti-lock brakes, multi-control steering wheel, keyless entry just to name a few of the cars features. What more could you want in a car? I have NEVER had a issue with either of my Jetta's. You will look forward to driving this automobile. Factory warranty because its such a well built automobile. It was very affordable for such a great car with features normally found on much more expensive automobiles.

This car combines the best of the GTI with the looks of a rally car. Some Bugs are boring, but this one has the Dune trim package - turbo, fin on the back, 18-inch alloy wheels, sun roof, Apple Carplay, keyless entry and start, Fender premium sound package, heated seats, backup camera... Fun to drive, plenty of jump (my old car was a GTI - not quite that much jump, but more than enough to zip you through traffic) and a smooth ride.

Let me tell you about AUDI/VW Marin: From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I had a beyond stellar experience. I originally went in to get my Audi serviced, but when I realized that the repairs would cost more than the car is worth, I decided to get another vehicle from VW/Audi in Marin The moment I walked in, I worked with my sales person, Isaac Helsabo, and he was very kind and informative and extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I ended up choosing a Volkswagen Tiguan and in less than 5 minutes we were out on the road test driving it and i was beyond excited to get the ball rolling on getting it. We then went back in to discuss more about the numbers and not only was he patient and kind, some of the other salesman we’re going to get their lunch and to my surprise they ended up getting me a Subway sandwich as well! It came out a perfect time because I was starving by that hour! They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Talk about going the extra mile I mean wow! And after working with Issac i went to the finance manager, Emad and the stellar experience continued. Not only did he help me get everything signed, he took the time to explain to me page by page what i was signing. All with kindness and patience. I mean what more could one ask for? 12 out of 10. Would definitely buy my next car from there!

The best way to describe the driving experience of my GLI S: 1. It combines the steering and road feel from a classic 4000cs Quattro or Corrado SLC with 21 century safety equipment and tasty DSG (if you haven't driven one of these go find a 99 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro and drive it) 2. A proven VW/Audi 2.0t mill with oodles of power you will even need for city and highway driving 3. Understated(I don't need to impress you to be amazing) teutonic stying that will age well 4. It can easily haul your family and groceries around 5. It has an impressive warranty (only KIA tops it). 6. Haldex mech diff is a technological marvel that makes you not miss buying a cop a4 or 3 series. 7. It has more personality than any bimmer product I have driven 8. Nothing comes close to it's driving dynamics and steering feel. NOTHING. Everything else (Accord GT, Camry TRD, K5, Sonata, etc) are not in the same league for this price point. All for under 30k The negatives (they are some worrisome niggles) 1. Plasticky interior. Noticeable cost cutting. Not an Audi interior. 2. There are some interior quality control issues like minor rattles and buzzing coming from the driver's side and rear view mirror 3. Reliability remains questionable as the car ages like most of the VW's I have owned in the past. Lease it. Buy only if you can haggle and get a low cap cost. 4. Resale value is not a strong suit. 5. It will not be close to being as reliable as it's competition. 6. VWoA customer service is not great.

My 2013 Tiguan has 18"x8" CC VW wheels and tall Michelin defender tires. Coupled with a newly installed Bilstein B6 suspension and Forge 2" spacers on the rear, this vehicle looks heftier than its stock equivalent and the 18's do a better job of putting down the 320 ft/lbs of torque the APR Stage 1 chipped 2.0 tsi generates.

Just bought a 2021 1st edition which is pretty much the same as a 2022 xxxxxxw/ Gradient package. Love, love, love this vehicle. Since I have the RWD I am waiting for my reserved AWD to be delivered, if given a bargain for my 1st edition as a trade in, I will trade up to the 2022, if not I'd be just as happy keeping my 1st edition.

Erin was not pushy at all, knew her cars, and although I am not a great negotiator, I was able to reduce the listed price of the vehicle and both sides compromised on a price rather quickly .She provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and did not make any false promises. Most of all, the price of the car is all-inclusive and they are not trying to add on things to jack up the price so you are both on the same page. The test drive was by myself so I could really see if the car drove well and fit me. She even drove me back from the rental car drop off after closing hours, so I wouldn't have to walk a mile back to the dealership. From a safety perspective, every employee was wearing a mask and social distancing was observed when possible. Great no-pressure environment.

Better than I expected. Great looks and tech. Plenty of room in the backseat and overall. A bit of interior plastic is a small disappointment but comfortable ride even with the 20” wheels. If you don’t need a third row the cross sport is the way to go! A value!

I bought my 2012 Volkswagen Routon SE used from a personal owner. After doing a Carfax I find out that it had been in the hands of at least four maybe five dealerships. The reason it was traded in so many times due to the check engine light coming on and going off but not really having any problems. But I don’t care about that light. I’ve driven the van maybe 20,000 miles and now has just over 90,000 and there has been no problems. The ride is a little stiff maybe it’s because there’s too much air in the tires, but it’s dependable, I’m impressed. But I do not like the cheap gauges and the plastic handles. But one that makes these vans different that Town and country Inn grand caravans is the plastic frame alongside the seat. It’s lower and less aft to break. I’m a heavy guy and I really like that. And the seating for the driver is really great. My van is a 2012 and this is 2022 and I mean every little feature works on the video. I couldn’t be more happy with it if I had to. And it’s a metal flake black with different colors in it and brown interior. My late mother bought a 2012 Chrysler and Country new, and I bought a 2017 Grand Caravan GT. They are providing that computer is right in the dash the Volkswagen gets substantial amount of better fuel mileage. The interior is a little cheap but one can live with that. Now that it’s getting a little older you can hear the windows in the doors making a slight noise as if they’re loose when I go up and down. Typical wear. But it’s garaged kept and often cleaned, Maybe it will outlast me! I’m a proud owner

I have not purchased a car yet I have only done inquiries via email The salesman that wrote back to me was very polite and patient and did not try to pressure me at all if we figure out that our budget can handle the car we were looking at we would definitely be happy to purchase at Eastbay !

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

Can’t add much more past the title - helpful in sorting out alternatives before settling on the ID4. A point that made this different & better for me relative to the three other nearby VW dealers was the willingness to discuss details on the phone. It is. Complicated process, but I wish things could be faster. I could perhaps have done the credit app in advance and saved maybe an hour or so. Special mention: kudos to Ashley and Cristian.

This car meets all of my expectations. It has a lot of legroom and a great ride. All my friends really like this vehicle and how comfortable it is.
