Lot of car for the price, most of the part underneath the hood are Audi's. Even though VW went low on quality with trims and plastic. They stood on mark on technology, drivability and sportiness. Lot of fun to drive with DSG especially when shifting to manual mode. Great car overall!!

Found a certified 2018 Jetta that looked like new -- polished and clean down to the wheel wells and engine bay. Negotiation was friendly and professional. Came to a good agreement quickly. Trade in value was more than fair. The car drives like new. Overall, a great experience.

This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years for my wife and I and our kids. This is the most relaxed and trusting I've experienced. Sammy also shared with me some details where I could save additional money that had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase. By taking my Bill of Sale to the Motor Vehicles, I could save $500. Took a long time between deciding on the car and walking out the door with the final paperwork. My main issue was with Patty. I called her after the license bureau would not accept the paperwork they gave me. I called the dealership and that was who they gave me to talk to. First of all, she was eating and talking at the same time. She told me to go back and tell them that they were wrong. I had set there for better than two hours. She acted like I was a bother. However, she called me the next day to see if I got it titled and licensed. I waited until a week later to go back. The license bureau was wrong, but I still did not like the attitude of Patty at the dealership. I?m pretty much pleased with my purchase. The salesman was great. I wasn?t push into buying stuff I didn?t want.

The Passat is a solid sedan and very reliable. I like the way it drives and feels on the road. The interior is very good size with more backseat and trunk room by far. The R Line is the best

Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.

Fantastic dealership. They worked with me and dealt with every curveball from credit issues to simple communication problems without skipping a beat. Got the truck I wanted at a great price, better than just about every dealer in the region. Even helped me turn in my rental and detailed the truck before driving it off the lot, and gave me a gas card for some extra drive time, DESPITE the dealership having been closed for the day when the deal was done. You could tell their priority was getting me a vehicle I was happy with, not making a sale, which was a huge relief. Personable staff, honest dealing. Would recommend them any day of the week!

This car was hard to find had to travel 500 miles to pick it up.. I traded in my 2020 jetta SEL Premium. I purchased mine with the manual transmission.. Plenty fast for me... It gets several miles less to the gallon then my jetta sel, but is way more fun to drive.... This is my 5th Volkswagen, I commute every day to my jobs... Until I have a problem with Volkswagen I will continue to buy them, so far they've been great reliable vehicles...

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

Brett was great to work with and very patient with me as I wasnt sure whether to go used or new on a Miata. After much research and reviewing used prices I ended up with a new Miata for very little more than a used one. No brainer , new car smell and full warranty thanks to Brett and Luther Mazda.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn’t feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn’t going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today’s world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.
