Tony Harris in service is amazing to work with. I never feel pressured to pay for something I don't need. Said my air filter needed changing, but was upfront and honest that it was something I could do myself for allot less money. Tony is very knowledgeable and always clearly shows me all the things that could be done to my car for service, but breaks it down into "Needs to be taken care of" and "Can wait" or "optional". Always makes sure my car is ready by the time I need to be out of there (to go pick up kiddo from school). Goes the extra mile with little things like helping me take my kids car seat out of my car when I need to switch to a rental. Tony understands that buying a new set of tires is a big expense and I might need to consult with my spouse. Doesn't pressure me to buy the tires from them, just wants me to get a good deal anywhere I can find one. Can't say enough about the entire service department. Super clean and I never mind hanging around in their comfortable lounge area. One day I brought my salad for lunch to each while I was waiting, but i forgot a fork :( The receptionist gave me and extra plastic one that she had brought for lunch so I could still eat my salad. All the little things everyone does here to help the customers adds up to make coming here to buy a car or use the service department a great overall and non-stressful experience. Would highly recommend!
Nice guys with some good cars for good prices. They provided Carfax. Was able to test drive and have my mechanic check it out as well. Worked out well, would strongly consider buying a car from them if the price and timing is right.
My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
Sales person was not pushy. He was polite, professional and patient. We went over the car , he answered my questions and then we talked business. We did not come to an agreement but his demeanor did not change. T he next morning he called with an improved offer, I returned to the dealer ship and soon had a deal.
Our salesperson, Jeff, was very informative and answered all our questions. During the test drive, he didn???t have answers for 2 questions and he jotted them down and got answers for us when our test drive was over. When we got there I told him that I would not be buying a car that day because I wanted to test drive a couple of others. He sold me on the Atlas. The dealership also happened to have a carseat laying around so I can test the room once a carseat is installed. Brilliant!
Kelly Jeep in Methuen has that largest inventory in the area & the purchasing process could have been easier or smoother. We were treated fairly & without any pressure to buy. Our Sales rep, Phil Prieur was extremely knowledgable & able to patiently walk us through the various Jeep models & options, making our ability to make an informed choice very easy. I would highly recommend working with Kelly Jeep in Methuen & especially with Phil Prieur.
I found the car online called them and set up a test drive. They gave me some money for my clunker of a car which I was going to junk. They found me a better interest rate than the one my bank had. Overall good experience. I bought a certified used car. I was disappointed to see the gas tank at empty when I picked it up. I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick.
Mike was very friendly, pleasant and got me in and out in less than the 1hr 15min. I was told my car would take, when I made the appointment. Love that I am able to get service on a Sunday as well. Very convenient You Rock Mike!!!!
Arrived before my scheduled appointment. Sasha promptly set me up for a test drive even though he was working with other people. The car was great and I was out of the facility in half an hour with all the documents in my hand. Next day went back to pick up my BMW. All cars looked super clean and the transaction was simple and transparent. Loved it. Thanks
I hate writing reviews but love to read them. I visited roughly 10 dealership within 2 months to look for a car I want. I came across several decent dealerships but nothing was like Alliance Motor Group. Alex was my salesman and believe me he was excellent, not pushy at all. He was more concerned in making me happy then I expected. At first, I was hesitant but I guess I was wrong. Believe me you will not only come out with a clean and nice car but also a great buy. I can guarantee you that you will be writing a great review next!
Didn't have to step in to the dealership, they did delivery 200 miles away.
