I purchased a pre-owned BMW and their pricing was very good. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. My sales rep Karen Hernandez was nice and I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. It was a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
My salesperson Karen was extremely helpful from start to finish, as were the managers Raphael and Rubin.
I live in TN, and flew to Chicago to pick up the car. Karen even picked me up from the airport. Even though I was a little tired from the flight, I didn't feel pressured into anything, and knew what the pricing details were going to be ahead of time, which is a relief, especially when investing in a plane ticket.
I just finished driving back home, and am excited to have been able to deal with FJVW, and look forward to driving my VW for many years.
I only give the facilities a 4 because they were limited in their refreshment offerings, and had no snacks. Other VW dealerships that I've visited have had a pretty wide assortment of drinks and snacks.
I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was a super smooth process from beginning to end.
More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Lukas Rimas. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentlemen to boot, but also a true professional!
All in all, I traded in my Mercedes Sedan and walked out with a Certified VW Tiguan. I would say that without Lukas’ relaxed approach and nonexistent pressure to buy, I would not have drove away with my new car. To reaffirm my purchase as well, Lukas went the extra mile a few weeks post the sale... He kept me in the loop every step of the way in relation to my cars 2nd key arriving and a minor service adjustment.
A small gesture that I will remember as I embark with all of my future endeavors with my Tiguan.

My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
