Rado, the salesman that I worked with, was fantastic. He spent a lot of time answering my annoying all my questions. Then after we agreed on the sale, Bong Lee was super pleasant and knowledgeable about the extended warranty and the final sale transaction was a smooth experience.
No pressure. Sales manager called to give us an update on the car. Salesman gave us plenty of time to discuss our options. Salesman made a suggestion that actually got us into a car that we liked more than the one we originally looked at.

After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. I was shopping for a car that was listed and verified it was still listed. I went to go look and couldnt find it(was Sunday). I emailed asking about it as we wanted to buy it. I got a call monday saying it was sold friday but no ome bothered to take it down online. Very frustrating.
Mr. Steinfein provided excellent knowledge and was extremely courteous. He kept me and my husband informed about the progress of our car throughout our entire wait. We have previously owned both a Mercedes and a BMW but decided to purchase a KIA based on some of our friends who bragged on KIA's high quality customer service. We now have bragging rights, they have the most honest and caring customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
