Jack Fletcher the principle, along with Chris Bruno the general manager, Bill Massa, formally salesperson now manager, and Ian Welger, sales professional, are the best you will find in the automobile industry. It is no wonder that he is the number one Volvo /Polestar dealership in the country. Volvo cars of North America, along with their sister company Polestar, couldn't be a better example of quality in a company. In all my years of acquiring vehicles, never have I met such fine staff members. Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.
