Robert was helpful, efficient and constructive in addressing our car's needs. In addition, there were the usual bonuses – a free car wash / cleaning and attention to detail. Thank you. Patrick Jago

this is a very nice vehicle - even nicer than I expected. Drives well, has good options, and very few flaws - and the review needs more words. Black on black with most options.

Grubbs Volvo Cars of Central Houston review
George was my salesman but he was more like a friend. We talked about life and family more than me purchasing a vehicle and I can truly appreciate that. He listened to what I wanted and tried hard to get the deal I wanted and the car to match. Great place to buy a car because it feels like they actually care either way buying or not.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

So easy, it left me extremely pleased! I brought two friends with me for "second-third opinions," and they both enjoyed sharing the adventure with me! Very happy with our salesman who explained clearly what each step was in the test drive and through the paperwork.
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

I had an incredible experience purchasing a Honda CR-V with Michael's assistance. Even though I was looking at a Honda rather than a Volvo, he treated me like a priority and gave me all the time I needed. He was exceptionally helpful and maintained a relaxed, zero-pressure approach throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his dedication after the sale—he proactively followed up and ensured every minor detail we discussed was perfectly resolved. I highly recommend Michael to anyone seeking a transparent, attentive, and professional car-buying experience.

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Our sales representative, Josh McCain, greeted us warmly and even offered us coffee as soon as we arrived. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the whole team was professional and welcoming throughout. We would definitely recommend Ferman Volvo to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our buying experience such a pleasure!

I had a fantastic car buying experience at Volvo Austin thanks to Andrew Holzgrove and Chris! From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress free. Neither Andrew nor Chris was pushy at all—they were completely helpful, patient, and focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. Before I even hit the road, Andrew took the time to walk me through all the car’s features in detail so I felt comfortable driving off the lot. Truly a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend working with Andrew if you're visiting Volvo Austin!

Justin was amazing, patient, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place. Amazing price, too! This place had, by far, the best deal we could find.
2019 Volvo XC90 review
This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Volvo Cars Hill Country review
Tanner was very accommodating throughout the entirety of my purchase. Super friendly people here at Volvo Hill Country, they definitely have the customers best interest in mind!
2023 Volvo XC60 review
I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.
