This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Was working with 4 different KIA dealerships looking for a specific color and make of a 2023 Telluride. All promised me that they would be able to accommodate me but only Arapahoe KIA pulled through and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The expected arrival time was spot on. First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

A bit more of a wagon than a suv. Love the luxury package. The seat massage and pilot assist are my favorite features. Smooth ride!

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

We already have had a few road trips with our new XC90 Recharge and we love it. It is very spacious, comfortable, solid handling, and terrific driving features like Pilot Assist. The car is very sophisticated and takes a while to get things set up but that was part of the fun with this vehicle. One thing we wish was available is a rear view camera display when driving. We had a loaded vehicle and view was obstructed with rear view mirror. Another thing we missed on this car is the doors will not automatically lock when exiting the car like on our other GM and Toyota cars. The Pilot Assist is an excellent feature but it could still use some refinement. Exit and entrance lanes will sometimes fool it and car will steer towards them. There are also times when it will oscillate back and forth a little bit but all in all I used the feature most of the time on our long road trips. One reason we purchased this vehicle was for the plug-in feature. It is so nice to be able to do short local trips all on electric. It doesn't quite get me back and forth to work all on electric but it covers most of the trip. That feature will save us trips to the gas pump and wear on the engine. The handling feels very solid and more sedan like than a lot of SUV's we have driven so it feels more secure. You do feel more of the bumps, but for us that is a fair trade-off. The back seat had plenty of room for our adult kids and a good amount of cargo space for the dog and luggage. It was nice for the dog to have a middle seat that folded down separately so the crate could be in the back and the dog could come out and visit. The automatic wipers and head lights are also really nice features and the 360 degree camera for parking is very nice. It is just a terrific road vehicle packed with really nice features with lots of room, and comfort.

Try the T8/Recharge Model. My 22 has averaged 90 mpg over my first 3000 miles. Has plenty of oomph when needed too, would definitely recommend.

I have enjoyed this car so much. Its entry level for Volvo but it has so many features I never saw before. The headlights will turn in the direction of the steering wheel. Incredibly safe car in every way. The Volvo S60 is great for road trips, great gas mileage and you only change the oil every 10,000 miles. It has aggressive acceleration and handling which is great if you want to quickly pass someone.

I was very happy that my car could be serviced on the day I needed it. A bunch of emergency lights were signaling problems so I was afraid to drive it. The mechanic determined the cause. Had to order parts but I had a loaner so no problem.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

Love this place and definitely recommend Alan Roque, the best worker there is definitely 5 starts.

Great commuter car. Adaptive cruise control is better than most. Good mpg. Very attractive. Agile and good is small spaces ( city driving ). Base sound system should have more power.

They were nice and very helpful with the cost to me. Being on a fixed budget they helped with the expense and the service department was great giving me the information that was wrong.

So far so good. Plenty of power and comfort. I am enjoying the electric/hybrid part far more than I anticipated. It may not corner like my S90 did but it’s not too far behind!

Service and sales staff are great, there is no reason to look elsewhere in the Denver metropolitan area. We plan to buy our next vehicle there.

Perfecr for a couple or small family. Downsized from an XC60 because I didn't need a big SUV. Has the same power. Not sorry I did.
