I was very happy with my experience here! I recently leased my first Mercedes so I had a lot to learn. My salesperson Anait was very helpful and made the whole process enjoyable. She was very informative and went above and beyond to provide me with superb customer service. I couldn't imagine having a better experience! I'll be recommending all my family and friends to contact Anait when they're looking to buy/lease a car.
This particular appointment, the service employee that helped me was Candice and she was excellent, she answered when I called to set up my appointment and was very helpful and then when we pulled up she was the first person to walk out and she was great. Explained everything to me as well as pricing and also called me later to follow up and give me an update, then checked me out efficiently when I came to pick up my vehicle. I realize this survey is only for this recent appointment but I wanted to take a moment to comment on my previous appointment as well since when I initially tried to do my review last time the system didn???t go through and I was unable to. Anyway, Wilson was my service tech then and he was awesome. He not only was very friendly and welcoming but took care of my car and even found a couple of other issues I didn???t mention but needed and to be totally honest, his helpfulness is what made me a repeat customer. He wasn???t my service tech this time so I wasn???t sure how it would be but Candice was great, too and if all of the staff at South Bay Infiniti is this great, I???ll be a customer for years to come.
Nael Issa was a wonderful sales person. Personable and knowledgeable. He listened and found me the car I wanted. I was referred to him by my neighbor, who also purchased a Mercedes from him. Thanks for making my first Mercedes experience a great one!

I was greeted by Martin in service, Martin always provides outstanding customer service, took care of me away, answered all service related questions, sent a courtesy email while i was waiting to let know if i needed anything to respond to the email or call, all work was completed to my satisfaction, always a Culver City Customer, my third Vehicle i've purchased.
I found Culver City Volvo to be more honest and upfront with me than my previous dealer. They were clear and worked with me to ensure that all items needing service were included and completed in a timely manner. Additionally, when I had a coupon for a loaner but they were out, they promptly made sure that I had a rental that was taken care of by the dealership. Additionally, I received a detailed email regarding the service that was needed along with explanations.
Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto.
