I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen review

2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

2012 Scion xB review
I like horse power but I don't want to give up reliability. My 2012 9.0 RS Scion xB fits the bill. ( By the way they only come in Hot Lava color ) Bought it two years ago, and since then it's never failed to start & run. I always keep it well maintained, and I've had three dealerships offer to buy it from me, ( so they can sell it for thousands more) it has 135k miles which is just breaking a Toyota/Scion in. My only complaint is: I wish Toyota put in the 180hp 2.5 Camry motor in it - it has the 2.4 158hp motor stock. I can chirp the tires off the line, it's so quick down low, but mid range and up high its average. Lord Willing I plan on keeping it. Next car will be as reliable and a little faster. Hard to find anything better than the xB in that regard..

1993 Buick Roadmaster review
I purchased my Roadmaster new in 1993. It is now 30 years old and runs great. It has 107,000 miles. It has all original equipment except a new alternator, radiator, idler bar and front brake replacement parts. I intend to drive it until the wheels fall off then I'll find someone to put them back on. The thing is a tank. Just what an old man needs. I think it will need a new muffler in a couple years. My wife loved it. No rust on the car here in Idaho.

Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since this model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.

2017 Toyota Prius v review
I have owned a 2014 and a 2016. Both have been excellent cars and both have been totaled in a rear ending accident. 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV review
Review: Living With 3 Chevy Bolt EVs for past 6 years Owning three Chevy Bolt EVs has been one of the smartest financial and practical decisions we’ve made. Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it! Charging at Home Is Simple, either use 110v and charge overnight or upgrade 220v dryer plug We picked up a Level 2 home charger for about $150 on Amazon. Installing and running it is as simple as hooking up clothes dryer. The charger just uses a standard 240V outlet, and the energy demand is nothing unusual for a typical household. Pulls same amount of power as microwave or toaster oven. Real Cost to Charge Let’s run the math: Electric rate: $0.10 per kWh Efficiency: ~4.5 miles per kWh Monthly driving: 2,000 miles each car That works out to: 2,000 miles at 4.5miles/kW at 10cents/kW= $44/month So for just $44 a month, each Bolt drives 2,000 miles. Compare that to a gas car at 30 MPG and $3.50/gallon: 2,000 miles at 30MPG= 66.7gals times $3.50 = $233/month That’s nearly $190/month in savings per car, just on fuel. Multiply that by 3 cars and a full year, and the numbers quickly add up. Maintenance Savings Beyond the fuel savings, the Bolt EVs don’t need oil changes, transmission services, or exhaust system repairs. Brake wear is minimal thanks to regenerative braking. For us, the maintenance costs dropped to little more than tire rotations (free at Discount Tire), washer fluid and cabin air filters. Final Thoughts Switching to the Chevy Bolt has been a financial win and a stress reliever. Charging at home is as easy as running a kitchen appliance, and the cost per mile is dramatically lower. With three Bolts in the household, the yearly savings of $6,000–$7,000 speak for themselves, that over $40,000 in savings!

2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.
