Used 2016 Acura MDX for sale near Fresno, CA

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Sean Toth was my sales representative, and he was mindful to listen to what I wanted, even when my husband accompanied me the first time to look at the cars, Sean noted that it was me doing the buying. There was a car that almost met my needs and instead of any pressure to purchase, Sean was happy to let me take my time. Later an even better option became available and from there, Sean helped me through the process. Lexus of Clearwater has followed up with me multiple times to see how I am enjoying the car, to schedule some maintenance, and to check in my experience. Luxury and affordability! Roomy and lots of amenities like collision avoidance, AWD, Anti Lock brakes, Navigation, and a superb sound system. Comfortable on very long trips and takes Regular or Premium fuel. Ranked #5 best Luxury SUV. Reliable and Low maintenance!

Comfort with just enough get up and go! 0-60 in 6.1 seconds... 9 speed transmission is new in the 2016 model, may take some getting used to. Fuel economy is online with other SUV's in this class. Comfort, tech and class wrapped up in a nice little package!

Recent purchase at Auto House was great. They had so many Malibu’s to chose from. I found a 2 I really really liked but only bought one ;)

Even though I didn't purchase a car they still were extremely helpful with all my questions.

Maurice was very busy but still took the time to sit down and talk to me about the vehicle I was looking at. The car needed a sensor replaced which was ordered but not in yet. Once it was in I took the car back and they replaced the sensor no problem.

The service experience was great. I was running late for service. I called ahead to let them know. I was nervous when I arrived because I thought they were gonna turn me away. That was not the case. I was greeted by both Service Representative with a smile. It that point, I felt the pressure lifted. I will return for recommendations

I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

We had a great experience at Car Logic of Wrightsville! Huge selection of vehicles to check out at our own pace, and no pressure from sales folks. We ended up purchasing a vehicle (thank you, Androw!) and the entire process went smoothly from beginning to end - no stress. Salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable, and made sure to explain everything clearly to us regarding the vehicle itself, the application process, financing, warranty options, and closing. We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.
