White Bear SubaruReviews
White Bear Subaru review
Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Comfort with just enough get up and go! 0-60 in 6.1 seconds... 9 speed transmission is new in the 2016 model, may take some getting used to. Fuel economy is online with other SUV's in this class. Comfort, tech and class wrapped up in a nice little package!

Forest Lake Ford review
What a great experience! We were able to speak with a salesperson right away. He took us on a pre-planned test drive with a variety of roads. After agreeing to purchase the car, it was only a short time to get all the paperwork in order. Our experience was seamless, and would definitely recommend. A positive side note is that building is new and just improves the experience.

I'm very happy with my Audi. Adam Rolfs, my salesman, helped me learn the functions of the car that I was unfamiliar with which helped me feel more comfortable. Adam and Ciel are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. In other words, I had a great experience.

We’re so grateful for Stephen’s help after we lost our car in an accident. During a stressful time, he showed us genuine kindness and gave us his full time and attention. He took the time to research options and help us locate a new car that would fit our needs. We truly appreciated his patience, care, and dedication throughout the process. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a thoughtful, attentive salesperson.

They were cordial and prompt in responding. Also very anxious to sell me a car that had a salvage title, but did not disclose that until I called to make an appointment.

My experience with Anna Johnson was excellent! She was very informative, respectful, helpful, and flexible while helping me through the process of leasing my Outback. Initially, I was uncertain if I wanted to lease or purchase. After deciding to lease I also switch to a different vehicle. Anna made me feel like I was her only client and I really believe she wanted me to have a the perfect fit. It is refreshing to work with a Sales Consultant who possess exemplary behavior ~ Anna Johnson went above and beyond! I love everything about my new Subaru Outback. I highly recommend Anna and the entire team at Luther Bloomington Subaru!! Cynthia
