Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.

We were fortunate to be introduced to her when we went to look at a car we found online at her dealership. With all the bells and whistles on the cars today it is great to find Iris who knows her Volvo cars inside and out. She gave us great insight into what the car was about and knew what she was talking about. When we went to pick up the car she gave us a thorough introduction and overview of each and every bell and whistle. She gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable when driving away. If you are in the market for a Volvo, which you should be, this is our fourth, get in touch with Iris and make the car buying issue a smooth and believe it or not, enjoyable process. She is a delight. Her Sales Manager Noah Greaney is also an asset to the dealership. Straight forward and easy to work with. I bought a Lexus ES350 from this dealer. Mathew promptly responded to my email. Then I had a very good experience dealing with AJ during the deal and after sale. They all are very professional and friendly. Smooth transactions. I am sure I will be returning to them for future cars.
I bought a BMW 650Xi from AJ. He was good an answering questions fast and never pushy. I had the car shipped which made me nervous with out ever seeing the car but the 10 return policy gave me the confidence to try. AJ was great in following up and when one of the tires was damaged and we missed it or in shipping he agreed to replace it. They really went above an beyond to make sure that the car meet expectations. There were a a couple small issues like a knob that didn't turn well that the original warranty covered but if it didn't I am confident they would have taken care of it
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!

Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!

The Honda Salesmen from several dealerships in my area were all very responsive by email providing quotes and answering questions. It made the car purchasing process very easy and fit with my schedule. Didjak Ilunga at Criswell Honda went even further by email offering suggestions based on my interests. When I went in to test drive and purchase based on best price he took his time to demonstrate the "bells and whistles" of the car. Didjak is extremely friendly and low key which I appreciate.
