Jason was great, very welcoming and friendly. I got along with him very fast and had a pleasant experience.
2023 Acura MDX review
We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

2023 Acura MDX review
I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

McGrath Acura of Westmont review
Looking for a 2nd MDX preowned coz very happy with our 1st new MDX from this same dealership leased last June 2025. Sale service was a great experience with Alex so decided to show loyalty to this location. And what we found in sale service so exceeded our expectation. Mike Snyder was great to work with very professional, highly transparent with offers and so attentive with his customers! Go check him out at McGrath Acura Westmont, you will end up with a great car buying/leasing experience!
2025 Acura MDX review
Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10/10 Experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles! We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD! The entire experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was absolutely painless and easy—exactly what you want when buying a new vehicle. A huge shout-out to our representatives, Gabe H. and Deanna B. They were not only incredibly friendly, but their customer service was truly exceptional. They were actively listening to our needs and what we were looking for, finding positive and productive solutions every step of the way. Their attention to detail was fantastic; they were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of everything. From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabe, Deanna, and McGrath Honda of St. Charles. You won't find better service!

Overall great experience. My entire family has bought cars from the Used Car Superstore. We have always been treated great and been very happy with the cars we’ve purchased.
2022 Acura MDX review
I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However, the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Muller's Woodfield Acura review
I recently purchased a new Acura MDX from Mueller Woodfield Acura, and the service was absolutely impeccable! General Manager Matt Sonnenschein worked with us to get the best possible deal, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication. Our salesman, Jack Rudzinski, was wonderful. He made the entire experience enjoyable—even taking the time to grab a bite to eat with us! Justin was also fantastic. He patiently programmed the vehicle and explained all of its bells and whistles, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with our new MDX. I’m truly impressed with the level of service, expertise, and personal attention we received from the entire team. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Mueller Woodfield Acura. They made our car-buying experience exceptional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2019 Acura MDX review
My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I worked with Tarik to get my 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it was a really great experience. He was extremely patient through the sales process and took me through all my options and helped me find the best way to get what I wanted. I would certainly recommend using Tarik and the rest of the team at Glenview to purchase another car in the future and recommend them to anyone who's in the market!

2015 Acura MDX review
I recently had the pleasure of test-driving a 2015 Acura MDX from the CarLoft dealership, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with this premium SUV. The Acura MDX has long been known for its blend of luxury, performance, and reliability, and the 2015 model certainly lives up to that reputation. In summary, the 2015 Acura MDX from the CarLoft dealership is a fantastic choice for those seeking a luxury SUV with a proven reliability and performance track record. While it may lack some of the latest tech found in newer models, it makes up for its timeless design, comfortable interior, and a driving experience that combines power and refinement. If you're in the market for a pre-owned luxury SUV, the 2015 Acura MDX is worth considering.

2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..
2016 Acura MDX review
My wife wanted a luxury SUV and so wanted reliability and great performance I’m Minnesota snow. We agree this is the best vehicle we have ever owned. Also, Bloomington Acura provides a superb, flawless experience every time we visit for oil changes.

Excellent experience with Doug and the whole team here! I knew what I wanted when I came in and they helped me find the right car at the right price! I would recommend them to anyone!
2023 Acura MDX review
It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

2017 Acura MDX review
My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

2024 Acura MDX review
1. Infotainment system very difficult and confusing to learn. And dangerous to use. I hate it. Not at all intuitive. Doesn't include a CD player. Heads-up is distracting as is using any part of the audio system, phone, etc. Reading of the manual is required - which is in very small print. 2. Generally - drives very well and is smooth - except on the freeway where I find it is anything but smooth. Hard to explain, but in parts of freeway I feel as if the car is lightly pulling side to side. I'm writing this off to having spent last 9 years driving a large SUV that drove like a dream. I wanted to downsize, hence my choice. But I'm not thrilled with the drive. 3. Very comfortable seats in first and second rows. I doubt I'll ever use the 3rd row as it is very small, but when not is use, I have a very large cargo area which I love. Seat cooling not at all useful. Should be much better given the technology for this has been around for many years. 4. Generally, I'm happy when just driving around town. The pick-up from stop to go is a little sluggish, but very smooth and drives well once you get moving. But if Lexus RX ever adds a V-6, I'll trade out. The small luxury items in a Lexus, like the steering wheel, wood interior - much nicer. But the seats are great and once you get used to using the infotainment system, it's manageable. But Edmunds wasn't kidding - huge learning curve and not something you want to be fiddling with when driving.

I want to share the fantastic experience we had while purchasing our new Lexus GX from Lexus of Naperville. The entire staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, making it a truly enjoyable experience. A special shoutout to our sales consultant, Dylan, who was incredibly patient and thorough during our introduction to the GX. They took the time to explain all the technical aspects of the vehicle, ensuring we felt confident and well informed about our new purchase. We absolutely love our new Lexus and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

2022 Acura MDX review
Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

I would highly recommend this dealership! I worked with Vlad who was extremely professional and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. This kid knows his cars… The paperwork process was very quick also, I was in and out in less than two hours which was helpful being I had a 4 hour drive home. All their vehicles I looked at well waiting were incredibly clean! Josh the owner was a really nice guy too and Adam will make sure that you get the vehicle you want by getting you approved. If you’re in the market to buy this is the place to do it.

Kudos to my salesman Howard Robinson on customer service and follow up. Great person to work with and a great resource for information on my Pacifica
2014 Acura MDX review
As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
