They have a large number of very high quality pre-owned cars and a simple pricing model. It was so fast and so easy. It’s not much to look at but then I wasn’t there long anyhow.

Very reliable doesn’t require much maintenance as long as you keep up with the bare minimum such as the oil changes. I fell in love with the chocolate interior hence why I purchased the car. Would highly recommend that you buy.

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

I love all of the Acura cars I have owned. I owned 2007 TSX for 9 years. Then I leased a 2016 TLX for 3 years and was so pleased. Now I'm on another 3 year lease for the 2019. I thought about trading it in for a BMW i300 or Audi A4. I went for a test drive of those 2 cars and realized how much I would miss my Acura if I traded it in a year early. So I've decided why give it up? The KEY things that make this car great. 1) It is extremely quiet inside. Insanely mausoleum quiet! There is very little road noise, wind, or traffic sounds. 2) the seats are amazingly comfortable, especially on long rides. I highly advise paying a little extra for the leather not the pleather. The fake leather had a terrible off gassing smell. The leather is soft and supple. The gray color is beautiful 3) the car rides very smoothly and is easy to handle on the road 4) I love the newer design (especially the front). It is a classy looking car. The only drawback is the odd 2 screen technology system but it wasn't enough to turn me off from getting one. The other positives far outweight the awkward technology. I was surprised to see the 2019 had lower ratings than the 2018 and 2020 because it's a wonderful car. One other to add: the Acuras I have owned are extremely reliable. They NEVER break down.

Very good experience. Matt and Jay and the staff there are easy to work with very professional. A nice selection of very clean high quality cars to choose from. I love the Porsche Cayenne they sold me.

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

Anothy(Tony) was very easy to work with, seemed like he loved what he was doing. Went well out of his way to ensure I was getting the best deal. I would recommend Tony to any/everyone as long as he is here I would always be a repeat customer.

Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

Brand-new chassis. TLX drives with precision and performance. Acura took it to a whole new level. Suspension is outstanding and the steering is quick. Engineers did a great job this time around.

I had no idea that buying a used Ferrari could be so complicated. There was so much to learn, ask, and investigate. My car buying experience was not the most pleasant as I encountered snobby salesman, lied too about service history, and was told my 2014 Corvette trade was an inferior product and would not get me a decent trade value. Needless to say, I was ready to give up on buying my dream car. I had a popup add come up on my computer for European Exotic Center. I clicked on it and found a very well priced Ferrari. I placed a phone call and spoke to salesman/owner Joshua Zenor. Joshua was extremely polite and professional. After a few short minutes, I felt very comfortable dealing with Joshua. My vehicle was no longer available. Joshua apologized and asked me exactly what I was looking for. He was not a pushy salesman. He was actually the opposite, very at tentative to my car desires and told me “at this level you should not settle and get exactly what you want. Give me an opportunity and I will do my best to find it in your budget.” A few weeks later, I located a vehicle at this dealership that was a little outside my budget. I called Joshua and we discussed a possible deal. Joshua worked very hard to get me the right value for my trade and to get his vehicle to where the numbers matched with my budget. Everything that was promised by Joshua was delivered. Taking delivery of my 2006 Ferrari F430 was outstanding! A few hours after delivery Joshua called to make sure my drive home was smooth. I pointed out two items that became an issue on my 4 hour drive home. Joshua immediately took care of the issues with one of my local Ferrari experienced autoshops. Now, who in today’s used car market does that? Joshua told me that he stood behind every car he sells. He is a man of his word! A true gentleman and honest dealer. I can’t wait to do business with him again. I highly recommend Joshua, his dealership, and staff to anyone looking for an Exotic vehicle. You will be amazed by the customer service you will experience. A dealership!!!!!!!

This Car is so luxurious.The drive is so smooth.A big difference from what I had before especially being a sports car.Very stable on the road

I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

I originally went to another Kia dealer where I didn't have a great experience, so that is why I ended up at Kia of Wesley Chapel. I'm so happy with my decision to buy my car from this dealership they made it smooth and easy. I was in and out with a brand new car within less than 2 hours.

I bought this new car. I love this car the design is perfect. It is perfect for my needs along with the style. The turbocharger has a small lag and I think Acura has imposed power restrictions. The back seat is very tight I think, it could have had more leg room. For the most part, I enjoy it. Perhaps the aftermarket sector could step up its power restrictions.

Here's the deal. I had been looking for a car for several weeks. Many dealers ran my credit and they all said the same thing, "more money down or we can't help you". When I was contacted by Jason Stewart, internet manager, I told him there was no way he could help me buy the exact car I wanted because everyone else told me I couldn't. He asked me to give him a few minutes and he'd get back with me. About 5 minutes later, one of the finance managers called me to discuss why I thought they couldn't help. I explained the situation, told her exactly what I had to put down and the payment I wanted. We discussed my credit situation and she felt it might not be as bad as I thought, and was being told. I did fill out their online credit app and within an hour, Camille called me back and told me she got me approved at the exact perimeters I said I could afford. Amazing! It took me more than 2 months of dealers telling me no to have Wesley Chapel Nissan tell me yes and with no back and forth or any of the typical dealer crap we have to go through. I don't know why they treated me "right", but I appreciate it. I was even able to add 2 of the "extras" all dealers offer in finance without my monthly going up more than a few dollars because they extended the term to meet my budget. I'm not saying they will do that for everyone, but try them out, I think you might be surprised.

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

Between my husband and I we’ve bought three cars from Regal. Two of them being at this location and I always recommend them. I’m a very “Ill know when I know” when I shop for a car which can be maddening to almost everyone involved but honestly Shane was very patient with me and our two kids in tow and was very respectful of the budget that my husband and I had agreed on. I do feel bad for the used car side because they’re stuck in a small building. For all the work they do they deserve something bigger and better like the new car side. If you’re looking for a great car buying experience it’s this Regal or any other Regal location.

Wanted to make the change from myAudi A6 Quattro to an SUV, My wife has the Lexus 450h. After driving several models (mostly new) of SUVs, my research lead me to Acura and the 2017 MDX Sport Hybrid. I found only 5 in the entire nation and flew from CO to CA (Oakland Acura) to buy it. First off is Acura’s great CPO program. Next is the refined styling and features (I have the Advanced package). The hybrid engine is smooth and I get from 24-27 mpg in combined driving. The acceleration and shifting is very smooth (I think my wife likes my Acura better than her 450h as she is very complimentary of the vehicle when she get in). The adaptive cruise is OK but I find it a little awkward and I am OK not using for the few times I am on the open road. I find the engine shut off at stops to very responsive when I accelerate and I don’t even realize it is present (maybe that’s the benefit of the hybrid vs the non-hybrid model). The Sh-AWD works very well in the CO snow and I have no problems getting anywhere. Originally looked at other brands (Audi, BMW, Lexus) but glad I found Acura and the Sport Hybrid MDX. Would gladly buy again. One item of note is the Hybrid is NOT for towing! If you want to pull anything, might need something else.

This car is reliable. has all the technology up to date. low maintenance and cheap to maintain. good gas mileage. good quality materials. good value for the money paid. lots of standard features that are not standards in other brands and come at a high cost

We can't say enough about happy we are with our recent buying experience at the Fitzgerald Used Car Outlet. We had heard good things about Fitzgerald's transparency policy and we experienced it first hand. The price was the price and there were no b.s. add on fees or upsell tactics. Good styling and comfort still early to have a full review but i dont care as long as i like the car interiors and styling im ok:)
