I was in the market for a new vehicle and Dean Team had a 2013 BMW 328i Convertible for sale that i was interested in. Prior to looking for a new car i had a accident with my 2012 Hyundai Equus and they took care of me while all the other dealerships i went to were low balling me on my trade in Eddy was able to hook me up with a great trade in price! We were on our way from Philadelphia to our Winter home in Arizona when my tire sensor showed low pressure in my left rear tire on my 2017 MDX AWD. When a local RV shop found a screw in my sidewall, we had to find a place to get a new tire. After an unsuccessful attempt at a closeby tire shop (he offered to get them for us but it would take a day), my wife contacted Ryan Syberg at Mungenast Acura, about 11 miles from where we were at the time. We were delighted to find the shop could attend to us immediately, and we made our way there to be welcomed by a terrific staff. . Because of AWD, we had to replace a pair of tires, but Ryan was able to get one replaced under our Road Hazard original purchase. He took care of us and got us back on our way within a couple of hours. We never lost a day on our trip. Terrific service by everyone at this Acura dealership.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
