2018 Acura MDX review
I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

2024 Acura RDX review
I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

2026 Acura MDX review
A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

2024 Acura RDX review
An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

2018 Acura RDX review
My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.
2017 Acura RDX review
This car meets all of my current needs. I love all of the accessories inside of my car. Especially, the USB port. I will definitely stay with an Acura.

2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. 2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. My last several cars were a Lexus, true refinement. Purchased an RDX, with a turbo extremely powerful perfect for my needs. The maintenance on an accurate is less expensive than Lexus. It is a true solid vehicle. Highly recommend recommended.!

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. 2015 Acura RDX review
With only 74,000 miles in the odometer I can say nothing has ever broken in my RDX. It’s super reliable. Oil changes as cheap at the dealership and the car never complaints. Strong V6 that doesn’t have to deal with the long term reliability issues if the boosted turbos of today. No oil consumption problems. No leaks. No noises. The car still looks and feels like it came out of the lot. Will keep it until I can no longer drive.
