Everything was great service wise and only reason giving it a four is because they only have one shuttle guy going and the wait can get excessive. So if your taking a shuttle plan to wait a while during busy times. I would recommend hiring a 2nd shuttle driver so the one doesnt drive all over town causing delays.
My service guy, Andy, did an excellent job of intake and management of the process. he knew me as a customer even though i was new to him and offered me a program that saved me money on my routine maintenance. I have been a customer at this dealership for a number of years and through three cars and they do good work and attend to the customer without fail.
