Booked my 2009 Audi in for service. Injectors, battery, oil change, carbon cleaning among other things. Had Joshua as my service advisor, Brendan as my Audi technician, and Thomas for the shuttle service. All three of them did a phenomenal job. Joshua was very communicative giving periodic updates, Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional even sending a video with how the progress was going. Knew exactly what my car needed and i didn't once feel the need to explain anything as to how i wanted things done as I have had this car since new and I am very OCD with it. Felt complete trust in Brendan and Joshua to get everything i asked for done. Thomas was great for the shuttle service getting me home when i took the car in and picking me up when the car was finished. Very communicative with a simple text letting me know he was on his way and never once did i feel in the dark on anything throughout this whole process. Great job Audi of Spokane. Will be bringing my car here again when the time comes. Thanks guys!

Drove 4 hrs from Massachusetts to purchase a car from this dealership. They have quite an eclectic inventory of high end cars. All of the maintenance and service is done onsite and managed by the owner and his brother. One of the cleanest multi-bay repair facilities I have encountered anywhere. They provided us with very thorough service records and a carfax. Dave also made sure that he oversupplied us with paperwork so that we wouldn’t have any issues with the DMV in Mass upon our return. Highly recommend this dealership, both brothers run a class act operation here. Wish we had more of these family type dealerships in Massachusetts.

2019 Audi A5 review
This Quattro drives better than any car I've owned. I had the Audi A3 (2015) convertible, this Audi A5 convertible was an upgrade and I'm completely in love with it. The all-wheel drive is amazing, the handling is tight and precision, the back seats are much more roomier than the A3, my kids love it. All-around incredible vehicle.

Bought a 2017 4runner from Hasin at Atlanta car Sales, and I can’t give a bigger blessing from a skeptical used car lot buyer. Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. 2019 Audi A5 review
I’ve only had this car for a few days. I’m in love with it. Only 13000 miles. Still has that new car smell 😁. The ride is great! As I stated earlier I’m a return customer. I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.
