Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. Family HyundaiReviews
Family Hyundai review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ASK FOR GIO, MATT & ROBBIE! After several extremely frustrating experiences with other dealerships, I rwalked into Watson Family Hyundai in Tinley Park skeptical and honestly ready to give up on buying a vehicle. Gio, Matt, and Robbie completely changed that. They were patient with me from beginning to end. They answered my questions, were transparent about the process, listened to what I actually wanted, and never made me feel pressured. The financing experience especially earned my respect. I had a finance company I wanted to use because I believed it offered me the best terms, and they respected my choice. I never felt like their commission was being put ahead of my best interests. I came in frustrated and guarded. I left with the vehicle I wanted and felt respected and confident about my decision. To the Watson family: you hit the employee lottery with Gio, Matt, and Robbie. Please take care of these men! The way they treated me reflects incredibly well on your dealership and your family name. And kudos to the families who raised them. Integrity, patience, and genuine customer service deserve to be recognized. If you’re considering Watson Family Hyundai, remember three names: GIO. MATT. ROBBIE. Five stars simply aren’t enough. #WatsonFamilyHyundai #FamilyHyundai #TinleyPark #FiveStarService

Audi Westmont review
I had a wonderful experience with this dealer in all phases of the process to exchange my car. Aleksandar was available and patient to help me figure out the model that I wanted, to look exactly for a vehicle with the characteristics I wanted, to discuss the $ numbers, and following up days after I was already enjoying the Audi. It was also easy to interact and decide about services with the help of Gianfranco. I’m very happy for having chosen Audi Westmont.

Schaumburg ToyotaReviews
Schaumburg Toyota review
I bought a RAV4 a week ago from a Toyota dealer in Schaumburg. During my first, unplanned visit to the showroom nearly two months ago, the first person I met was Mr. Darek Gniadek. I wanted to get an idea of the available options and pricing for a small SUV. Without any fuss—and despite the fact that I hadn't made an appointment—Mr. Darek presented various options and price ranges, and showed me a RAV4 model he happened to have on the lot. I appreciated that he didn't push for a specific model but instead objectively analyzed the pros and cons of different choices with me. A week later, we revisited the matter and—without any pressure from Mr. Darek—I was able to choose the option that suited me best. The agreed-upon price seemed fair to me, and it remained unchanged when I picked up the car. I highly recommend Mr. Darek as an advisor and salesperson.

Advantage Acura of NapervilleReviews
Advantage Acura of Naperville review
★★★★★ Great first EV purchase experience with Le Roy! We bought our Hummer EV from Advantage Acura of Naperville and couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Le Roy Churchill, was extremely friendly and really knew his stuff. This was our first electric vehicle, and he took the time to answer all our questions and walk us through everything without ever rushing us. We'd actually come from another dealership earlier that day where we had a bad experience, and we didn't even plan on buying that day. Le Roy completely turned things around. We both left extremely happy with our purchase and the whole experience. If you're shopping at Advantage Acura, especially for an EV, ask for Le Roy!

If you’re not looking to be served champagne and want a simplified buying experience this is the place to go! The no haggle pricing takes some of the anxiety out of the car buying experience, and if you cross check the vehicle on cars.com it will directly tell you if you’re getting a good deal or great deal or fair deal. We purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them and Dan and Brian were awesome! Thank you!!

Overall it was a good experience, we bought a 2019 Ford F150 from them. The down side was the truck was priced above book value and they would not accept our offer closer to true value. They did remove a dealer installed tracking device which saved us about $1300

Good people to work with, never felt pressured, they answered all my questions, and I drove away in the truck I wanted. Thanks to Arein and Ryan at the Westfield location, I would buy from them again.
