I have been burnt 2 years ago on a car that i purchased locally here in Massachusetts. I have been very stressed out on shopping for a new vehicle. Once you loose the trust in car dealerships its very hard to gain! about 4 months ago, i made contact with HAUS OF IMPORTS and they truly made me believe that there really is good people out there doing honest business.

I called to ask a question on a BMW they had, fast foward a few days later i was driving it! They spoke to me over the phone, Emails, Texts, face time and even went on a test drive for me while i was facetiming them. I mean, its really that kind of Dealership! It was like i had a close friend in the chicago area looking over the car for me! They were brutally honest. Somethings they pointed out i didnt like (Wear and tear) on the vehicle but thats what you get when we are talking about HONESTY.
I was so comfortable with the interaction between me Mike and Roni that i decided To buy the car siteunseen. They shipped the vehicle to me in just a few days and when it arrived it was exactly what i expected, picture perfect. They mailed the title out the very next day; everything was went smooth. This is a true dealership that has years of experience under their belt. Definitely In business for the long run.
Thank you again Roni, Mike, and the rest of the staff. I sure hope the company continues to grow because this is what car buying should really be. I cant wait till the time comes to buy my next one.
These guys are a class act! The guys were very helpful showing me the right car that would fit me EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK! So instead of them trying to sell me something they do have in stock they wanted to guide me the right way. The moment I walked in I felt like I was treated with great honor. I even got to meet the owner himself and said personally thank you for coming in to Haus of Imports. You could sense alot of respect from the HOI Team to their Customers. I have never seen a dealership so helpful before in my life. To them, it’s not even about the money, or Sales. It’s about forming the relationship bond for years to come. No wonder why they have over a five star rating on Google. I will not buy my future vehicle anywhere else except this place!! I will patiently wait until they get that car in for me. I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
Jason is so knowledgeable. He is such a wonderful source of information and his love of Rolls and Bentleys is incredible. My son bought me a Rolls from Jason for Christmas... They delivered it AND put a huge red ribbon across the car cover for me to discover in the car building. We've gone back to visit, to look at some of his inventory, and always feel welcome to talk, to look, to discuss, and enjoy being there. Right now, I'm looking at his inventory online to purchase a more utilitarian vehicle, e.g. the Land Rover. I'd buy from Jason even if they are more than 100 miles away if only on the basis that this 74 y.o. lady can trust Dream Car Concepts.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.
I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.

We received excellent service from Calvin on our first visit in with our 2018 Q5. There were a few recalls that were taken care of as well as oil change and realignment. The work was done on schedule and I love the Uber provided after drop off.
Jorge helped me out with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. He even went out of his way to provide me with some quotes for accessories that I am planning to purchase. I'll be bringing my Q7 to Fletcher for service going forward. So far the best service center I've seen and the friendliest staff.
Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!
