Used 2018 Audi Q5 for sale in Bannockburn, IL

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. Sherry was so helpful with photos and Facetime to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction. She made sure the car was prepped properly before shipping and even answered her phone and helped at 9 pm one night when there was a shipping issue. It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.

From the courteous opening of the door, to the sales person experience (Romino Mecaj), test, drive, and negotiating process, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and made the experience a pleasant one, which is not always true when car shopping. We honestly went into this dealership with not much hope to find a car, especially since we went already to 3 other dealers., but I can tell you that do NOT overlook this dealership.
