Audi Morton GroveReviews
Audi Morton Grove review
Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out. When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. We love our new car and thank the team here for their help in making it happen. It's a blessing to get to do business with nice people and leave in a beautiful vehicle.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! The team at MINI in Tinley was so nice and very accommodating! Connor was great to deal with. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the MINI for me.

Elgin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Had my car serviced there (used car) & the staff was very nice, and communicated well. Had a small concern after i picked up my vehicle from service, but spoke with a team member who was very kind and explained what was to be expected after services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Murgado Ford of ChicagoReviews
Murgado Ford of Chicago review
I had the pleasure of working with Tray at Murgado Ford of Chicago while looking for a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve AWD for my wife. From the moment I reached out by phone to inquire about the vehicle Stock: 24L117, Tray was incredibly personable and transparent. He took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, making me feel at ease about the purchase. With a growing family, including one child and another expected in May, it's important to make the right choice, and Tray made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care for my needs were evident, and I truly appreciate his efforts in helping us find the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Tray and Murgado Ford for anyone in the market for a new car!

CarMax LexingtonReviews
CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

Heller FordReviews
Heller Ford review
Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Heller is not one of them. They will give you the best deal they can. Thank you to Jason and Kris for your fine work!!!!
