I had a excellent experience with this nice dealership at Audi Novi in MI State. I wanted to visit them in person but i own a restaurant and i just simple don't have the time to go there. My salesman was very nice and professional. He kept me on updates on the whole deal of what's going on with the paper work and the time and date of shipping the 2016 silver Mercedes Benz C450 AMG 4door sedan car. It's just what i been looking for. It had to be this make and model series car. This model came out with collision prevention assist plus, eye's heads up display, intelligent drive, front collision prevention and distronic plus steering assist. I am happy with the price of the car as well. I was very happy when it arrived in my front drive way. The driver was kind enough to drive it in my back yard. I drove it around in my local town and highway, the car runs and drives excellent, i wish y'all could see the look and smile on my face. I will be buying from them again soon. I will keep checking on there web site off and on looking. I have other auto's on my list i want to buy from them soon. I been collecting car's since i was 18 years old. I'm 57 now. God Bless everyone. Thank you for selling this nice clean car.

2019 Audi Q7 review
I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

He wanted to make sure I was happy with all of the details of my purchase. I found him to be upbeat, professional , positive and he paid attention to all of the details. Nick Valentino was also helpful in pointing out the positives in purchasing a certified pre-owned car. Nick helped locate and orchestrated getting splash guards installed on my Audi A5. Nick followed up after the sale to make sure that I had all that I needed. The warranty was a real selling point. Also it was thoroughly inspected and made like new. The Technologist, Logan Bertok, came to our home in Massillon, an hour’s drive, to set up the garage opener and go through all the technological options in our car with my wife and I.The new technology can be overwhelming but Logan was patient, generous with his time, and very thorough about explaining and setting up everything! He has a great demeanor and outstanding communication skills. Audi of Bedford provided great service and a great car for us. Dan, Nick, and Logan were professional and superb in delivering our new A5 convertible. It is a beautiful car!

I was looking at GMC and Ford SUVs, but the power just wasn’t what I wanted. They told me a few times try the Range Rover. I finally decided why not it’s a free test drive. Well it turned into a lot of money. I should have listened to them earlier. The Supercharged V8 just keeps on pulling and the comfort is bar none. All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.
