The service was great when I while actually there, but figuring out if the recall parts were in stock and if they would still be in stock when I got to the shop was a pain. They tried to sell me on $550 worth of very basic maintenance while I was there for a free recall repair, but I assume someone is urging them to do that. Overall was a smooth and relatively quick process once I actually got there and the lady that helped me was very nice.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. 2017 Audi Q7 3.0T Premium Plus review

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.
