Audi Morton Grove review
Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out. When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. We love our new car and thank the team here for their help in making it happen. It's a blessing to get to do business with nice people and leave in a beautiful vehicle.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! Paul Miller AudiReviews
Paul Miller Audi review
I was involved in a car accident where my car was unfortunately a total loss. I called Paul Miller Audi and the went above and beyond to get me back in a new A-5. They worked with my insurance company to expedite things so I wasn’t stuck with rental car fees for a longer time. The salesman, Peter, was amazing. He worked hard to find the car to replace my lost car. He set everything up in the new car and reviewed all the car’s features with me. I have been leasing Audis for more than 10 years, and since I have been a Paul Miller customer, I can say I’m glad I made the switch! Everyone is very friendly. I am also extremely pleased with their service department too. I feel very confident with the level of care my receives every visit.

Audi North Atlanta review
Chris Walston made the experience very satisfying. He was professional and also personal. He gave accurate details which made an informed decision possible. Also, he made himself available to us after the purchase of the car.

Audi RocklinReviews
Audi Rocklin review
Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.

Audi Colorado SpringsReviews
Audi Colorado Springs review
I accidentally showed up a day early and they didn?t bat an eyelash. Took my car for its 40,000 mile checkup and while it took a little longer than it usually does, I am so grateful I didn?t have to drive over half an hour home and the back the next day. I was very comfortable doing work in their waiting area. They make it a pleasure.

Ryan Bonino was extremely patient and pleasant, and he couldn?t have been more helpful. Michelle Spivey was knowledgeable and explained all our options in easy-to-understand terms. The entire car buying experience was smooth and we?re super happy.
